Its an interesting report but I wonder how many of our countrymen will read beyond the happy headline.

of the overall economy and also the

Looking at the situation today can it truely be said that property values are sustainable?
Local indices to not seem to indicate so, and certainly the "everyman" complaints on the wax lyrical on how expensive housing is.
