Given the 372's availability, it

seems you will be able to buy it back pretty easily in the future if you wish. The 292J is tougher to get b/c of the piggie. But there are so many factors - what are you going to do with the money, will you enjoy the 292 as much as the 372, etc. Good luck with your decision.

It depends on your next acquisition

Will it be another Panerai? If so, it's nice to keep the 372. I had one but sold it because I only have one room for a Panerai in my collection. I had the opportunity to get the 194 - a Panerai I have been hunting for since 2004 but never had the opportunity to snag till recent. On the other hand, like what he said, it's easy to buy a 372 back plus there's a certain coolness in a ceramic Panerai. Since owning a 47mm, I don't think I'll ever go back to 44-45mm's. Tough call, either or, you win.happy.gif

Bye bye 292, lovely watch but it's not even in the same league as the 372 IMO.

Easy call for me...

IMO......
47mm > 45mm (this is a fact)
luminor > radiomir
1950 case > ceramic case
base > piggie

Piggie would get the boot in my case, but there's a 0.01% chance I might change my mind depending on your next acquisition.
