I am extremely saddened to announce the passing of of our dear Paneristi friend, Rob aka Donut.

I have personally kown Rob for many years and had the great honour to have him attend several of the Montreal Paneristi GTG's.

Many of you who have been to Montreal may also know and remember him.

I learned of this on another Forum and was taken by surprise.

Please join me in sending prayers and thoughts to Rob and to his wife and son to help them through this difficult time.

Here is link to the announcement:

I have gathered some photos of Rob over several years of Montreal get togethers:

I've known Rob for about 10 years, and he was a very humble and giving person. I have fond memories of our chats at the Liberty over a drink or two. My thoughts go to his family - he will be missed by all who knew him.

I have just heard this very sad news... Rob was a gentleman and a friend to all in the watch lover's community here in Canada, and likely all around the world.

My sympathies to all his friends and family.
