Where can I find a rubber keeper?

I just installed an old and original Officine Panerai rubber strap on my 44mm Luminor. Unfortunately, the keeper broke. Does anyone know where I can purchase a rubber keeper? I don't need a new strap, just the keeper. Thanks.

Maybe time for a new strap?

If your keeper breaks, with my very limited technical knowledge tells me the rubber is dried out, as it is the same material like the strap, the part where the buckle is connected is as thin as the keeper and you might be better of to get a whole new strap before you buy a 2$ keeper and your Panerai falls on the floor when the strap breaks at the buckle side.....
