First let me start by saying that there is alot of controversy surrounding these so called "2nd Gen Dirks." I have done my research and realize that these indeed do not have any connection to Dirk what-so-ever. What these straps do provide is a genuine Dirk logo buckle on select leathers. With that said, these straps are being sold honestly without any misleading and if for nothing less could be used by someone looking for Dirk logo buckles to PVD or re-stitch into another leather and are also price accordingly!!!
