MY PHOTOBUCKET ALBUM:

Hi there.. I am Kostas from Mignatta straps and I am based in UK. I own at the moment two Panerais 118 & 112 (plus a custom made by me unbranded 45mm cali dial).
I started selling straps 2 years ago and I mostly do custom made straps for repeat customers who always eventually become my friends. So I do not advertise my work openly neither I have a website because I have the amount of work I need to finish an order in less than 5 days and make my customers happy J
From time to time I do some prototype straps from new hides I sell on the forum but that doesnt happen very often.
Lately I receive many e-mails from people who want to know more about me (being recommended from mouth to mouth) I decided to do this post and present some of my work and straps
I personally do everything by hand with only 3-4 tools glue and passion. No machine is involved in the process.

Trust me in order to achieve results in stitching like the following pics by hand needs maaaany hours and a lot of straps to make to perfect the technique.

My leather is always selected personally from Greece and it is either Italian or Greek origin of the highest quality and with an amazing leather smell.
Also the leather hides I use are always small in size so maximum every model does 10-15 limited edition straps so you wont have the same strap as 30 other guys.

The best compliment of my work is that in the last 2 years I sell straps (and have made many more than 100) I have only seen a handful for resale on the forums and most of them was because the watch was sold.

My best model is my ULTIMATE VINTAGE Probably the ONLY strap in the market made with the exact same specs as the original vintage ones.. the only difference is that the stitching is done by hand instead by machine but with the same visual results..

My Marlboro series is another good seller with different colours and textures

My Greek tan is my best seller being one of my biggest and oldest hides and people always want one.. It gets an amazing patina

My latest creations are the following two..

1) Hidden holes design (by permission from Strapmasters and Yves Odier that had the initial idea) for a more formal look.. It can be used in many of my hides but the following two are my deluxe black and my Marlboro V2....

2) The Mignatta strap from my private stock vintage hide in XL wraparound style worn upside down.. Although very long it is extremely comfortable and cool!

Prices of my straps depend mainly on the hide, if you want a buckle or not if you are a repeat customer (they always get better prices) etc
My price range though is roughly from 129$ - 199$+ for my ultimate vintage.

Have as many references as you want from very respectable but I am sure you would have already see my work on someone elses wrist at a GTG wink.gif

In the photos you will see various buckles. Some of them are mine other from customers that they sent me their to put on the straps others from various strapmakers.. I have flat gpf in polished brushed and pvd and pre-v style.

I am sure no one has read all my rumbling but I think I covered all the bases

Cheers guys

Contemporary models

My best cont model is my Ferrari F355 connolly strap. Made from genuine Ferrari leather from a F355 seat. As you most know Connolly is THE best leather company maker for car interiors in the world and the leather is extremely high quality. Connolly has ceased production from 2002 so the leather is extremely rare now!!

Another model I have is the Blue Jeans. It is NOT regular blue leather 'distressed' to look like jeans like some other strapmakers.
This hide has been treated by the factory to look exactly like denim while being real leather.
You just have to see this strap.. Extremely soft and comfortable at around 5mm thick!!!

Generally there are not many good dark blue straps on the market but I have one that you wont regret buying.. buttery soft with natural light blue edges
