Have an awesome Simona Alcatraz strap that I'm in between holes with.
Tried on a couple of times but it's basically new. It measures 27/24mm and 128/75 in length with a sewn-in bent brushed buckle.

Next I have a 24mm Wotancraft skull/snake (SAC-010J RattleSnake) buckle. Has a few hairlines but a quick polish would make it like new.
