BIO: Cousin Timmy Flaversham was born in 1886. He grew up to be a very flirty child, making free with the city girls. One time, after chasing a girl all around the town, his mother Miriam decided enough was enough, & put him in a youth hostel. Timmy stayed there until he was 11 years old, when his uncle Hiram came & took him to Baker Street to live with Basil in their new home.

Timmy is extremely flirty, & he'll do anything to impress a new "chick". Or at least find a mate. But so far, he's had little luck. But Timmy, due to his persistence, never gives up. That's when his perseverance becomes his weakness.
