Recently purchased 2001 Four Winds 5000 22rk (23.5')

first time buyer.
Took it to Florida (from NY) only to discover in Fla that it was not pssible to empty holding tanks--receptacle was sealed up behind quarter panels--RV Repair Facilities could not help--returned home early from vacation--dealer's attitude was, Take A Number-Get to You in a few weeks, etc, etc.
Factory was sympathetic but could not prevail over dealer service dept priorities--says they tried.
Factory sending a door to install--sending to me, they say the dealer may lose it.
