Oil Changes?

Is there anyplace to get oil changes other than Ford/RV dealers?

The Ford dealer has a three-week waiting list; also charges an $80 basic charge in addition to the actual oil change/lube-about $25 additional.

The RV dealer charges about $65--but appointments and cannot get RV back on time.

Regular car/truck service centers have doors/ceilings too low for my new 2001 Four Winds 5000 22rk, which has a height of 10'8".....

Also recommended that oil be changed at 3,000 mi intervals! V10

Any ideas
