Hi All,

I need to change the role access associated to new group, I mean, I would like to delete for example the "Create Journals" role access for many groups and define the new access rights with new groups.
So, my question is :

Is it possible to put No access right for a combination a role access and a group in the load security file ?

Or should I delete all combination manually with the admin interface ?

Thanks a lot for your help,
Regards,
Estelle

You need to do the latter from Metadata Manager Estelle, or compromise the stability of your app. If you do that way, you will need to unpost and delete all you journals, and mark the entities No Adjustment.

You can see the Utilities to help you do this, automation and more in the portal you subscribed to as well

Also look on www.hyped.biz for a lot more community info.
