Oracle EPM system 11.1.1.2-Workspace error-"AUTHEN_CSSException"

Folks,

I was trying to install Oracle EPM system 11.1.1.2 and had successfully installed and configured it.When i tried to open workspace it pops out with an error
"AUTHEN_CSSException"
I tried by
1) stopping the workspace agent
2)restart the workspace services
3)Giving different port numbers 19000 and 45000.eventhought it shows the same error.

Help me to resolve the problem.
