The total with shipping to the US came out to $31.71 USD. Frontiers (in the past) has shipped early...prior to the release date. I don't know if they will, but, as I said, they have in the past. I'll let you know when I get mine.

NEH Records in the US will also be carrying this CD but it isn't for sale yet on their site. The total with them is $19.99 with shipping. Their scheduled ship date, according to my order, is May 9th.

I'm bumping this one since Dixie Chick had a question on order info (sorry I was late Dixie, but you did good! )

I meant to add on the first post that NEH is selling the European release so you'll get the CD with the bonus tracks if you order from them

There are other places selling the CD too so feel free to list them here if you come across any. Susan, you ordered from somewhere else didn't you? I can't remember who it was though.

I imagine, at some point, Kip will have them on his website as well.
