Kip Winger will be performing an accoustic solo show at Concerts Under the Stars in King of Prussia ( 20 minutes West of Philly.) The show is only $10!

I'm hoping to be there. The time off has already been approved, but when I checked on airfare to the Philly area, it was running anywhere from about $400 to over $600. Unfortunately, this would be beyond my price point. I might have to fly into a cheaper city and do some driving in order to make this affordable enough to go and get my "Kip fix"!

Hi Angela, welcome to the forum Have you been to any of Kip's solo shows? I'm really hoping he makes it to Florida at some point. The Frontiers Records Press Release for the new CD does say a tour is in the works, so I hope Florida is on the schedule for that.

Sheesh Bobbie, $400-$600...that's insane!!! I'd heard the fares were going to go up(due to fuel costs) but THAT's a LOT! Hopefully you can find something better than that.

No, I have not been to a solo show, but my husband has. He said it was an increadible show! I can't wait to see his solo show. I'm sure it'll be awesome.

The next closest town to fly into, which should be cheaper, is Allentown, PA. Hope that helps you a little.
