The show was great!!!!!!!!! Kip sounded great as usual and the audience really, really enjoyed it. They were rockin, screaming and whoooohoooing!
He did four songs as far as I remember:
Down Incognito
Madeline
Seventeen
Helter Skelter (with members of the band there and some other celebrities)
That song brought down the house!!! The energy was incredible! I am so happy that I got a chance to see that!
To say that the place was packed was an understatement!!! Personally too many people for me....I am a little crowd phobic...LOL. But, it was really cool that all those people got to see Kip perform and you could tell that they all enjoyed it!
It was great seeing and hanging out with everyone...Deeandra, Cannoli, Robin and hubby, Jennifer and Mom and Joanne and her hubby! Very cool. I will post some pictures when I get them developed. Had to bring the 35mm camera...digital broke.

Wow!!! What a great time we had at the Chiller's Convention. It was extremely packed...in fact, on Saturday, the Fire Marshall shut them down from letting more people in for a few hours because of how many people who were there. I heard 120,000 people were in attendance and I believe it!
Of course, Kip was our first stop and it was awesome to see that he had a constant and steady flow of people the entire weekend wanting to meet him and get his autograph. No suprise there though, he truly is an amazing artist who is an inspiration to so many people. As for the show, he rocked the house! The place was wall to wall people and the crowd was so into it! Singing, dancing and just rocking out! We had such a great time and even though we all wanted more songs, it was definitly worth it and left the crowd wanting more. It was so great to see, and be a part of that, sharing the experience with Sandy, Jennifer and Mom, Canolli, Robin & hubby, JoAnne & hubby and all the other new friends we made. Such a great time! Believe or not, I did not get any show pics.....I didn't have my camera with me at showtime, so I'll have to depend on you ladies to supply those. I did get some pics at the signing which I will post in space, though, they are quite blurry.
I've never been into meeting celebrities, but I did meet Eddie Trunk and Corey Haim, as well as Barry Williams. Barry was right in front of Kip during the event and I just had to say hi to him since I'd grown up watching him on TV. It was a ton of fun and we had a blast!
I wish everyone could have gone, but it was so great seeing everyone who did make it.
I second what Sandy & Dee have already said! It was an amazing weekend. Meeting Kip for the 1st time in my life was sooooo amaaaaaaazing!!! He made me feel comfortable right away. Got lots of hugs from him throughout the weekend every time I passed by his table.....sneeky, aren't I?? LOL! I even got a goodbye hug when I saw him Sunday afternoon in the main lobby.
And to top it all off, hanging with Dee & Sandy made it even better. There's nothing like hanging & enjoying Kip's music together with friends
"I'll mend your broken heart," he said.
"Under one condition."
Wow! Deeandra, Sandy, Cannoli--such fun descriptions of the show! Loved hearing about it. Sounds like it totally rocked!! Thanks for sharing the excitement with us.
Ahahahahaha!!! I remember that Sandy but how funny that's it on YouTube! At least give us some music on there, sheesh! What a ball of energy he was huh? So funny!
