Ticket-ripoff-master has the Kip solo gig in Chillicothe, Ohio on February 28th listed on their website. Tickets go on sale Monday, January 12th at 10:00am.

Kip hasn't confirmed this yet on his MySpace page, but I'm thinking that if TM has tickets going on sale, the gig must be pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Hi Bobbie, I would love to think this gig is confirmed but I remember Kip posting on his forum that we should not consider any gigs confirmed, unless we see it from him. That came after a club was advertising a gig by him, and selling tickets for it, yet, Kip was actually not on the bill. That's not to say that's happening with this one, but it does happen and it's always best to know from him that it's a valid gig especially when travel is involved. That's part of the reason I don't post rumored gigs here.....I know there are so many people who adore Kip's music and DO travel and I don't want to be responsible for someone looking forward to a gig unless I know it's a for-sure thing.

My best suggestion is to keep an eye on his MySpace page, or you can always check the tour dates page here (I won't list any gigs on the tour page unless they are confirmed) to know or sure. I would love to go to this show and the fact that tickets go on sale tomorrow, is quite tempting, but, personally, for me, I don't want to buy tickets for the gig or airfare, unless we know it's a for sure thing.

I totally understand what you are saying, Dee. I myself am waiting until Kip confirms it before booking my airfare (although for me, flying into Columbus is actually MUCH cheaper than flying into Pittsburg). I just wanted to put the information and link out there for information purposes. Hopefully Kip will post confirmation of this gig soon.

Just as additional information, the Cardo's website has posted the Kip gig and they have added Kip's music to their MySpace. I have also called Cardo's and they indicated that they don't post gigs on their website unless they are confirmed. Again, hopefully Kip will confirm soon so that we can book our tickets! I'm crossing my fingers..........
