I finally finished updating the Discography page with all the dates for each project that Kip has been involved with, be it Winger, solo, video, contribution, etc. I also added an entry for a Debut CD that Kip participated in by a band called Swans in Flight out of the UK. He played bass and guitar on the song "123" Here is a little more info on them:
'Swans In Flight' is a self titled 16 track album of specially written songs using recording techniques which have sought to push the boundaries of the acoustic guitar to new dimensions. Using exclusively acoustic guitars against a backdrop of electric instruments, this energetic and highly melodic album is the work of songwriting partnership Hugo Montgomery-Swan and record producer Mark Tucker.
Recorded in studios both in the UK and the United States, the albums material draws upon influences as diverse as 1920's jazz through to hard rock. A unique cross-section of world-class guest musicians also stud the various 16 tracks and include such names as; James LoMenzo (Black Label Society/Megadeth), Martin Barre (Jethro Tull), Steve Stevens (Billy Idol), Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy/Whitesnake), Kip Winger (Alice Cooper/Winger), Phil Johnston (The Robert Plant Band), Doyle Dykes, Ken Nicol (Steeleye Span), Robin Guy (Bruce Dickinson/Martin Gretch), TM Stevens (James Brown,The Pretenders), Ric Sanders (Fairport Convention), Johnny Mars, and Jon Noyce (Gary Moore/Jethro Tull).
