Hal Integaration error

I am trying to load entities to planning through HAL Integration but i am getting error :



The following error message pertains to record 1 in the exception file.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid parent:
The following error message pertains to record 2 in the exception file.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid parent: ALL_OU_DIV_ROLLUP
The following error message pertains to record 3 in the exception file.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid parent: ALL_OU_DIV_ROLLUP
The following error message pertains to record 4 in the exception file.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid (new) parent name





Can anybody help me ... why i m getting such error.
