Hello,
Sorry for my english.

I have installed System 9 (9.2.0.2)

I have a Business Rules which, to delay 35 min if the HBR is executed from AAS, the script finish correctly; but if I invoque this HBR from Planning Web, I obtain the following error:

An error occurred while running the specified calc script. Check the log for details.

This error ocurr at 15 minutes, then I suposse, this is related with some timeout.

Any Help is very appreciated.

Thanks,
Isaac.

Hi,

We experience exactly the same issue. One recommendation from hyperion is to add port number 8300 in the URL. For example: http://myserver.com:8300/HyperionPlanning/LogOn.jsp. Please try and share with us whether this helps. Another suggestion is to replace the URL with ip address, e.g. replace myserver.com with ip address.

Regards,

Lian

Hello,

You may want to send this question to the Essbase discussion group as the Planning one is not very much used.

Search for a file called HBRServer.properties. You should find 2 of them at least:
- 1 under Hyperion\AdminServices
- another one under the Planning deployment folder where the HSPJSHOME.PROPERTIES is located.

In there you will find a few time out settings which you could try to increase.

Also have a look at the HBR logs (hbrserver.log and hbrclient.log)

Hope this helps.
Seb
