Failed to calculate size of Filter in %CHARSET% charset

I got this error after I tried to refresh security filters. Please suggest solution to solve this error.

Check that your server and install are on compatable character settings, and in line with those used to create your application as this will cause the system error you are getting.

ALSO, UNRELATED - nice to see people sad like a lot of us, and actually dedicarted to the cause and working 25/12!!!

Hi Kitatha,

if you are using v. 9.3.1 and using an OS with regional settings different than english US, this is a BUG.

Contact Oracle|Hyperion tech support and asked for service fix 9.3.1.1.1.

That will fix it.
