Planning App Deployment Error on Workspace

Looking into the BPMA logs, I found out the following error at the location C:\Hyperion\logs\BPMA in the windows server each time I try to deploy a planning application.

Error finding project for application HP:sampapp2
com.hyperion.interop.lib.OperationFailedException: Application does not exists by this Id 'HP:sampapp2'.

Did anyone ever encounter such problem?

Any suggestions how to fix the error?

To add to my post before, after the planning installation on a UNIX box, we were able to deploy the "sampapp" successfully, we are not able to deploy any more planning applications after that and nothing changed on the server after we first deployed the sample application.

Also when I check the Library job console on workspace for error during deployment, i see the below information...

User Name : admin

Process Name :

Thread : 0

Server : DimServer

Detail : Initiating Product Action...
Inspecting Deployment History...
Generating Headers and Callback Information...
Generating Application Data...
Preparing Product Request...
Posting Product Request...
Product Response:550...
Action aborted.

I am not sure what "Product Response:550..." means.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

You are getting an interop error.
interop errors are related to Shared Service.

Its not able to find the Shared Service project for this application.
Its stating "Error finding project for application HP:sampapp2"
In Shared Services, did you delete any project, which is related to sampapp2?

Mary
