exchange rates...

Hi all,
i am using Hyperion 11.1.1.1. I created one planning application the requires me to do some stuff in exchange rates. I created the exchange rates table and scripts and accomplished my goal. Now feel to ask these questions-

1) How to modify the exchange rates table? Do i have to wake up every morning and look into Internet for the current exchange rates and accordingly modify the rates in the tabel?

2) If an end user who is not familiar with hyperion wishes to enter exchange rates, what does the person do? Is there any way to put the rates into an excel sheet and push them into planning application??

Any help??
