The results of Lexie's 2nd biopsy are the same as the first - the lump is benign.

Belle brings Mimi to the hospital.

Jack sees Steve. Steve tells Jack that he is confused. His name is Nick, not Steve.

In court the officer reveals that Detective Bo Brady was the only person in the evidence room that morning. Frankie asks for the charges to be dismissed. The judge says that Chelsea did confess so he won't drop the charges. He finds Chelsea guilty of vehicular manslaughter.

Philip arrives at the hospital. He tells Belle that he can't get hold of Shawn - his cell must be turned off because he's in court. He left him a message to come to the hospital - Mimi needs him. A nurse informs Philip and Belle that their friend lost her baby.

Chelsea gets 200 hrs of community service and her driver's license is revoked.

Shawn is furious. Bo hugs Chelsea as Hope and Shawn look on. Chelsea whines to Bo about her sentence.

Lexie warns EJ about Sami.

Shawn rushes to the hospital to be with Mimi. There are some really powerful Shawn and Mimi scenes as he comforts her. He tells her they will try again and if that doesn't work, they can adopt which was their original plan. He tells her that even if they don't have a family that's alright with him. He loves her and he needs her - she is all that matters to him.

Caroline calls Kayla and tells her that they need her at home. She gives her an update on the trial and tells her what happened.

Billie confronts Kate and Kate admits to being behind the missing evidence.

After a confrontation with Sami Tek heads to Lexie's office. She wants to end it - he wants her to meet him to make love again - to prove that she needs him.

Kayla contemplates a return to Salem.

Jack tries to convince Nick that he is Steve.

Celeste has a bad vibe that many lives are about to be turned upside down starting with Abraham and Alexandra.

Bo tells Frankie that he didn't destroy the evidence. Abe intends to prove that Bo is innocent. He calls Tek to ask him to come in to work. Lexie goes to see Celeste who is none to happy with Lexie for continuing her affair with Tek.

Hope doesn't believe Bo when he tells her that he didn't steal the disk. She tells him it's over between them.

Chelsea celebrates her freedom.

Hope tells Chelsea that she accepts the sentence and hopes that Chelsea doesn't throw away the second chance at life that she was given. She is going to try and forgive her because Hope knows that this is what Zack would want her to do.

Bo accuses Patrick of destroying the evidence. The one played in court was blank. Patrick and Bo argue.

Jennifer calls Kayla and convinces her to come home. Caroline and Grandpa Shawn are thrilled!

Jennifer and Caroline finish up the plans for Jen and Frankie's shower and bachelor party.



Air date: Monday June 19, 2006 Tape date: May 22, 2006

Max tries to sober up an inebriated Chelsea. He also gives her a lecture which Chelsea is not happy about.

Lucas, Carrie & Austin walk home along the pier after attending Jen & Frankie's party.

EJ & Sami continue to tango after winning the tango contest. Sami trips and falls in the water. EJ removes his shirt and then dives in to rescue her.

Jack and Steve are in a motel - they are on their way to Salem. Jack is not feeling well so he goes to sleep. Steve looks through Jack's scrapbook. Many Steve and Kayla flashbacks during this sequence!

Hope's kidnapper is revealed. It's Bo. He's taken her to the Horton cabin so that they can talk. They do talk but never get the email issue cleared up. When Bo can't convince Hope that he was not responsible for the evidence disappearing he tells her to go - without trust they don't have a marriage any longer.

Sami explains to Austin what happened - of course, Austin, Lucas and Carrie arrived on the pier to witness a shirtless, wet EJ and a wet Sami in a slightly comprising position. Of course this happens as Lucas is telling Austin that Sami is probably cheating on him and Austin is equally as sure she isn't. Sami and Austin tango.

Max tells Chelsea that he wants to them to be exclusive.

Abe finds Tek and Lexie in bed together in a motel. (He received a note from someone - the mysterious gloved hand ... LOL). There is a huge confrontation and Abe tells Lexie they are through.

NOTE: James Reynold's wife Lissa will play the motel clerk - her scenes air June 16 & 17th if I remember correctly.
