Suspicions were raised all over the place in Salem this week. Sami grew more suspicious of Rafe, who just has to figure out what's going on with Nicole. Lexie was led to wonder what was going on with Daniel and Chloe, while Melanie puzzled over Arianna's strange behavior. And both EJ and Will tried to learn more about Mia.
Sami and EJ argued over Rafe moving in with her. He wasn't the only one unhappy about it; Will was also angry, but Rafe convinced him to forgive his mother. EJ reluctantly agreed to drop the custody battle. Later, Rafe burned the newspaper clipping about Emily's death. Sami and Rafe planned a picnick but when she went to "their place" alone, she found a sobbing woman, who cried out Emily's name! What is going on?
Sami and Nicole met in the park and wait for it called a truce. Pigs MUST be flying somewhere. The former enemies are now friends, but how long can it possibly last? Especially once suspicious Rafe, who questioned Nicole again about her attachment to Grace, uncovers the truth. Nicole also feared Stefano would reveal her secret, but he managed to cover when EJ overheard their conversation. EJ made her promise no more secrets.
Will and Mia ran into EJ with Johnny and Sydney at the park. EJ got curious when Mia expressed her relief about what a good father he is. Why would she care? Will and Mia continued their date, while Chad grilled Kinsey about them.He got suspicious when Kinsey said Mia had been to rehab. Will got suspicious, too, when Chad started asking questions about Mia. He asked a friend from Salem West if he knew anything about Mia. Mia nearly revealed her pregnancy to Chad, but instead started talking about it to a computer journal
ate hid the poison evidence in Daniel's apartment. Daniel opened up to Brady about his love for Chloe and realized they were meant to be together. Unfortunately, Chloe saw Kate's scarf in Daniel's apartment and was cool to him, thinking he was involved with another woman. Daniel planned on leaving town, and resigned from both Hearth and Home and the hospital. Chloe ate the poisoned food and wound up IN the hospital, where she told Lexie to keep Daniel away from her. Lexie wondered what was really going on.
Brady tried to set up a dinner date with Arianna, but she blew him off. She said she had a problem with him being an addict, but it seemed there was something more going on Melanie even overheard a phone conversation Arianna had and suspected something was up. Of course, that didn't stop her from her continuing quest to be the town's best matchmaker. Arianna even admitted to herself that Brady could "never know the truth." Doesn't she know this is Salem? The truth always comes out.
More matchmaking. Melanie lured Stephanie and Philip to the Horton cabin and got them alone and talking. Philip told Stephanie he would always love her and vice versa, and they even kissed, but it was a no go. Stephanie went to her job at the hospital, where she broke down in shirtless Nathan's arms. Convenient.
Nathan realized that Melanie planned on cheating on her nursing test. She realized how passionate he is about medicine and decided to take the test, sans her crib notes. When she learned she passed, Nathan asked her out to dinner.
Bo and Hope threw Ciara a birthday part in the park. A sketchy guy approached her while she was alone and tempted her with a lollipop, saying he wasn't a stranger. Will she go for it?

Chloe collapsed again and ended up in the hospital in a coma! Bo and Hope arrived to investigate, but would they arrest the right person? Melanie found herself in an awkward situation with Philip and debated giving in to his request. Unfortunately, Stephanie thought she did give in. Would this ruin their very new friendship?
