A Look At Tomorrow for Thursday, Nov 5th

Brady house - Part 1: Carly paces - Bo suggests she go upstairs and rest. Carly snaps - I should rest while I wait for Hope to turn me in? Bo assures her Hope won't do anything for 24 hrs - she can trust her. She won't say anything to anyone. Carly still paces - Bo tells her she has to calm down. She agrees. Bo wants her to know that Hope doesn't break her word. If she says you have 24 hrs you have 24 hrs. Carly - You're pretty loyal to someone that just moved out on you. Bo doesn't want to talk about him - let's talk about the guy on the boat. She's got bad guys hunting her down, you got law enforcement all over the world looking for her and she decides to take on a charity case. Carly - He saved my life. Bo - And then he passed out. She liked having him around - maybe because his life might be more screwed up then hers. She hates disrupting Bo's life like this. Bo reminds her that his life wasn't exactly calm when she got here. He suggests again that she get some rest. She doesn't like it up there - there's nicer things than being found in your ex-lover's bed by his current wife. Bo - new topic - Justin. He can help - all you have to do is tell him why you killed Lawrence. Tell him all about the self-defence part - he'll plead your case and you'll go free. Carly won't do it. Bo has a grudging respect for the way she protects the people she cares about. Carly - Who does that remind me of? Carly says Hope was right - she put his entire family in danger. Bo says she didn't plan this - she didn't know they had a daughter. She knew they had a son - she asks about Shawn and finds out Bo is a grandpa. She picks up a picture of Zack and asks who he is. Bo tells her that's their other son, Zack. He was killed in a car accident a few years ago. She's so sorry. Bo doesn't think that he and Hope have gotten over it. Carly has to go. Bo tells her that helping her isn't going to change the circumstance with Hope and himself. As mad as Hope makes him sometimes he loves her and he always will. And if she knew exactly why you did what you did she'd be the first in line to help you.


Kiriakis mansion - Part 1: Victor wants to know what upset her - if Bo did something to hurt her he'll talk to him. Something bad happened, didn't it? Hope - Yes it did. Victor asks if Bo threatened her in any way. No, it was nothing like that. She recalls finding Carly in their bed. She tells Victor she doesn't know what she expected. Maybe she was hoping to find him helpless, a little despondent but that's not him, is it? He's not helpless, he moves on. Victor says that won't happen. Hope - Really? Look at the history. He lived fine without me before. Yeah he found happiness with me but also with two other women. Victor says everyone knows she is the love of Bo's life. Carly doesn't hold a candle to her. Hope read that Lawrence Alamain was killed. Victor asks if she's afraid that the widow Alamain will wend her way back to Salem. That's not going to happen, trust me. Hope shrugs - If you say so it must be true. Victor - You're not really worried about Carly Manning are you? Hope says she is my husband's ex-fiancée and your ex-wife. She asks why he married Carly. Victor was grateful - she saved his life. The thing he doesn't like about Carly is that she plays the innocent victim when in reality she's a predator. Bo never did see her for what she really was - not even after she dumped him for that jerk Alamain. He and Bo never talked about her - maybe he finally opened his eyes. Hope - Yeah ... or not.


Pier: Arianna is crying - she feels a hand on her shoulder. She turns around saying 'Brady' but it's EJ. He holds out a handkerchief - she doesn't need anything from him. He tells her it's just a handkerchief - no strings attached. Ari - Priniciple. There's a word you don't understand. EJ says she's quick to pass judgement - just like her brother. Ari turns and starts walking away but he grabs her arm and pulls her back - he's not done speaking with her. Ari says he certainly lives up to his reputation. FYI - She doesn't like being given orders and she certainly doesn't like creeps grabbing her arm. He apologises - he just wanted to talk to her. She asks why - he doesn't give a damn about her. EJ says she can call him a little old-fashioned. When he comes across a woman and she's alone and crying - he was worried about her. She laughs. If he likes to take care of women who are in trouble how about his wife. EJ - You think you know a great deal about me and my personal life, do you? He imagines that after her brother invaded his privacy time and time again he shared some information with her. Ari - No - I never found the DiMera's very interesting. EJ says Rafe seems to be fixated with them. He's not the slightest bit depressed that he left town - good riddance. Ari - My brother has spoken very highly of you too. EJ says he always liked to tell me how to run my life. Of course that was before he tried to give my child his name and he ran off leaving Samantha to her grief. Ari - Yes. He should have just kicked her out of the house like you did to your wife and child. EJ tells her she reminds him of Rafe - full of this righteous indignation with very little regard to facts. One thing she can say from talking to him is that she's not sad anymore. EJ asks why she was sad. Ari - That's none of your business. She walks away. EJ disagrees - it's very much his business.


Java Cafe Brady sits in a corner - toys with his phone - to hell with it. Melanie is sitting in a chair - she fantasizes about Philip coming in and telling her they're meant to be together even after she tells him she's going on a date with Nathan. In her dream Philip doesn't understand why she's going out with Nathan when she could be with him. They kiss. Nathan comes in - from the look on her face she must have been thinking of him. She suggests they get going - she tells Nathan that he's going to have the best date of his life. Brady recalls telling Ari he won't call the cops - he's not sure that's a promise he'll be able to keep.


Sami's place - Part 1: Rafe reminds Sami that she can't let anyone know he's here as she rushes to the door. Sami opens the door and blocks the doorway. Nicole tends to Sydney. After she has Sydney settled she asks Sami how her day was. Before Sami answers Nicole says hers was horrible. Rafe lurks in the hallway. Nicole says Sydney is teething again and her back is killing her. Sami offers to take Sydney out of the stroller but Nicole snaps - Just leave her alone okay. Nicole apologises - after everything Sami has done for them she shouldn't have snapped at her like that. She's also sorry for bringing up her past down at the pier. Sami says it's okay - it was like a walk down memory lane. Nicole just meant that neither one of them should pass judgement on Mia. Sami isn't judging her - Mia lied to her son and that upsets her. Nicole chuckles - Don't you just hate women who lie? Sami laughs. Alright she gets it. Mia is alone and scared but she was willing to testitfy that Chad was her baby's father just to save her reputation. Nicole understands that. She asks Sami if she's seen Sydney's teething ring. It's got to be here - who would steal a teething ring? Rafe looks at the baggie with the teething ring in it. Sami asks Nicole if she's going to have trouble sleeping tonight - the test results come back tomorrow. Isn't she worried that Chad could be the father. Nicole is sure everything will be fine. Sami says good - she'd hate to see anyone take Sydney away from her. Nicole - I won't let that happen. I won't. Rafe - We'll see about that. Sami surmises that Nicole and Sydney will be moving out soon. Nicole hopes so. She's been great ... Sami - but you want to be on your own with Sydney and EJ. Nicole won't give up hope. She knows he still loves Sydney. Sami - and you too. This is his pride. She cautions Nicole to be careful. If Chad isn't the father EJ may sue for sole custody. Nicole says he wouldn't do that to Sydney - he wouldn't try and take her from her mother. Sami reminds her that EJ did that exact thing with Johnny. He can be ruthless. Sydney has fallen asleep. Nicole says her medication wasn't ready at the drugstore so she'll have to wake her up to go and get it. Sami offers to look after Sydney - Nicole thanks her and leaves. Rafe comes out of hiding - it's great seeing her with a baby again. Sami says it feels really good. She loves little Sydney - it's going to be hard to say goodbye to her.


Nathan's bedroom: Nathan shows her his bedroom - he thinks he got the better end of the deal moving out like he did. He suggests going back downstairs. Melanie thinks they should stay right here. They kiss. They're on the bed - he stops kissing her long enough to ask if she's sure. She is. She fantasizes about having sex with Philip. Nathan's cell rings - there's an emergency at the hospital he has to go. More fantasizing about Philip after Nathan leaves. Melanie says - What the heck is your problem?


Brady Pub: Nicole catches up to Brady outside the pub. She wouldn't blame him if he never wanted to talk to her again but she wanted to say she was sorry - she shouldn't have asked him to help her leave town. Brady feels that she finally figured out it was a bad idea because she's still here. Why did she change her mind? It was changed for her. Brady asks if EJ had a change of heart - no, that's impossible - that's implying he had a heart. Nicole says the situation changed - as it turns out Chad is probably not Sydney's real father. Which means she might be able to keep her. Brady can't believe that Mia would keep a secret like that. Nicole gets upset - why is everyone so concerned about Mia - she doesn't get it. Brady says she's unbelievable - did she know there are other people on the planet besides herself. Nicole wants to know what's bothering him. She knows she's a self-centered bitch but this is not like him. She can see that he's obviously upset - what's wrong. He insists he is fine - she just caught him at a bad time. She's not going to let him be alone. If he needs to go to a meeting she'll go with him and wait outside. Brady tells her not to bother. Nicole - Brady please. I've leaned on you; I've pushed you; I've used you and if anything happened to you I couldn't stand it. In my life there has been only person whose ever cared what happened to me; only one person whose known who I am and still loved me. Only one. He insists he's fine. He's been to a meeting recently - he's not going to do anything stupid. She asks if he wants to talk about it. He doesn't - he had a bad day. It happens. He thinks it's good news about Chad. She and Sydney belong together. Nicole thanks him for saying that. She thanks him for everything. She's glad she ran into him because he stirs things up. She knows there's no going back - besides he wouldn't want to because he has Arianna. Brady tells her that didn't work out. She hugs him - goodnight friend.


Sami's place - Part 2: Rafe tells Sami he really should leave - Nicole will be back soon. Sami says this time when he runs and hides he won't have to put his clothes back on ... unless he wants to. They laugh. Sami says her and Nicole - it's funny. Hatred doesn't describe how they felt about each other and now she trusts her with Sydney - the most important person in the world to her. She trusts Nicole too - across the board. Rafe - You know about trusting Nicole ... maybe you out to think about .. he stops. She asks him what he was going to say. It's not important. Sami - You were going to warn me off Nicole again. Rafe asks if they can not talk about Nicole in the little time they have left. Sami says she's not naive - she knows who Nicole is and what she's done but having Sydney in her life has changed her. She knows what she did to get Sydney but come on - who got hurt by that? Rafe shakes his head .. It's just that ... Sami - I'm not going to be able to convince you, am I? How about this - Practically speaking, what do I have that Nicole wants anyway, right? They're at the door now - Sami has an idea - maybe he can stay in her bedroom all the time - Nicole never goes in there. He has to go. Sami just got him back - it's not fair. He tells her to calm down - he promises that things are going to get better real soon. She asks what that's supposed to mean. Rafe - Just wait and see. She asks where she can reach him. Rafe thinks it's better that she doesn't know where he's staying right now. She teases and calls him Agent Mysterious. She's missed him - he's coming back, right? He promises. They kiss. After Sami shuts the door Rafe makes a call. Hey Tim - yeah sorry man I got tied up. See you soon.


Kiriakis mansion - Part 2: Hope comes downstairs and finds Justin in the living room - Ciara had her second nightmare - she thought she was doing better but maybe she's picking up on her tension. Justin - General tension or Carly living in your house tension. Hope sarcastically says - I'm over-reacting. So there's a murderer living in my house - get over it. Justin - If Carly murdered Lawrence ... Hope - she has a very good reason. Too bad she doesn't want to tell anyone else what it was. Justin doesn't think Carly is a cold-blooded killer. Hope tells him that Victor thinks she's a predator and it certainly takes one to know one. Not that Justin would ever challenge one of Victor's pronouncements but he doesn't think Carly would kill anyone without a just cause. Lawrence was a really bad guy. Hope says she knew that when she married him - she was with him for years. Justin - things can change. Hope knows one thing that hasn't changed - he still loves Adrienne. He nods - and she still loves Bo. Of course she does - she'd die if anything happened to him. Hope asks him to excuse her for a second - there's something she'd like to do. Justin goes upstairs and Hope makes a call. Justin comes down as Hope hangs up the phone. He asks her if everything is okay. She has to believe that it will be.


Brady house - Part 2: Bo comes downstairs and finds Carly asleep in an armchair - he covers her with a blanket - shuts the lights and goes upstairs. Carly dreams that Lawrence is there. You didn't think you could get rid of me that easily, did you? And it wasn't hard to figure out where you went. He pulls out a knife. I told you what would happen if you were ever with another man. Carly - Lawrence please, no ... no. Brady comes rushing downstairs and gets between them - Lawrence stabs him. Carly screams - she tends to Bo and stares at the blood on her hands. Bo comes rushing down - turns on the lights and tells her to wake up - she's having a nightmare. She holds up and her hands and says no - my hands - my hands. He tells her she's safe - it's okay. Carly says she can't stay here. He's the one good guy she been with in her life - he's been her hero - she can't ask him to risk anything else. Bo tells her they'll talk in the morning. No more talking - she's leaving. She opens the door - two FBI agents are there. They were there to ask Commissioner Brady about a tip they received but they found what they were looking for. They place Carly under arrest.


Arianna's room: Rafe tells Tim he got the samples - as fast as he can turn these around - he'd really appreciate it. Ari comes back - did he get what he needed. He's all set. He's got the samples here - he's going to give them to his friend at the bureau. Before you know it I'm going to be able to tell Sami Sydney is her baby. Ari asks if he's thought about what will happen when EJ finds out he's the father. Not really but he's sure it will involve EJ acting like a real jerk. Ari - Maybe or maybe you'll be pushing Sami right back into his arms.


DiMera mansion: Harold opens the door to Sami with Sydney in her arms. She's here to pick up Johnny. EJ was supposed to bring him over half an hour ago but he's not answering his phone. EJ rushes up to the door - he got delayed. He tells Harold Johnny's backpack is upstairs on his bed. EJ tells Sami he's sorry - he was just going to call. She tells him it's okay. Nicole had to pick up a prescription so she's looking after Sydney - it's no problem because she's such a good girl. She tells EJ that Sydney is getting a new tooth. Sami asks if he'd like to hold her. No. Sami tells Sydney he wants to hold her but he can't because if he did he'd melt and stop being so mean to everyone. I don't understand men either - they're so pigheaded. EJ - Do we really have to do this Samantha? She asks him why he's mad at her - she's just trying to help him be happy. EJ replies - he always gets angry with her. Just be lucky that I don't stay angry long. Sami doesn't get it - he has a woman and a baby he loves whether he wants to our not - why he can't he just be happy with her and her mother? EJ says it's not that simple.
