A Look At Tomorrow for Thursday, Nov 12th

Brady house - Part 1: When Bo says he could break Victor's neck for ratting her out Carly states that Victor doesn't want her causing problems for his son. Bo says she's not. Carly disagrees - she is causing problems with his father and with Hope. Bo replies that his problems with Hope are not because of her. She asks if he has any idea when he might deal with those problems. Bo - Today would be a good day.


Kiriakis mansion - Part 1: Justin tells Hope he's going to meet Carly to work on her defence. He apologises for jumping feet first into her case. Hope says they both know what would happen if Carly is extradited. He's doing the right thing.


DiMera mansion - Part 1: Nicole badgers Harold as to the whereabouts of Mary, Stefano and EJ - they're all out. She walks around calling for Sydney - where are you? Harold is sorry for her troubles but he thinks it's safe to say Sydney isn't here. Nicole wants to know how to get hold of Mary - what's her number? Harold informs her that when Mary left she left Sydney in the care of the other Mrs. DiMera. Nicole - Why didn't you just tell me that in the first place! Where is she? Harold will tell her if she promises to leave the promises. Nicole promises.


Police station - Part 1: Roman asks EJ once again what's going on between him and Stefano. EJ guesses Roman will have to ask Stefano. Roman states that EJ is Johnny's father, he's his grandfather - he's hoping this is a sign that he doesn't want to follow his old man down that road to hell. Is there any chance that could be what's going on right now? Is there a change coming? EJ - You're a very optimistic man, Commander. I've always admired you for that. Roman - That means you're going to keep on being your daddy's clone. Kate is led in complaining about being arrested in her own home. Roman tells her she's not under arrest - she was just brought in for questioning. Kate keeps complaining. Roman asks her where Stefano is (EJ listens intently). She doesn't know. Roman's guess is that Kate helped her husband pack before he skipped town which could possibly make her an accessory to attempted murder. Kate asks how he could accuse her husband of attempted murder when he was with her the entire day up until he left on his trip. Roman says that's good because you're already in a hole so keep digging. Maybe he couldn't get her for poisoning Chloe; maybe she thought Stefano would always be around to protect her but he's gone - she's all alone. Is she ready for what's coming to her?


Sami's place - Part 1: There's a repeat of the ending of the show where Rafe tells Sami that her baby is still alive. Sami - What? Rafe tells her that she didn't die. Sami tells him not to talk about her baby. He repeats - She didn't die. The baby that you gave birth to is very much alive. I can prove it. Sami gets upset - Why would you come here and say something like that to me? Are you trying to hurt me? Of course not - he would never hurt her. This is why he didn't want to tell her until he was 100% sure. Sami - Don't! Just don't say it again. Rafe - I'm not talking about Grace. I'm talking about Sydney. Sami - Nicole's Sydney? Rafe - She is not Nicole's. Sami - She's Mia's baby. Rafe - No she's not Mia's. She's yours biologically. January 28th you gave birth to her. Sydney is your baby. Sami - What? Is this the case he's been working on - the one that he said would change her life. Rafe knows it sounds strange but it's true. Sami blusters - It's not strange - it's impossible. It just can't be true and I don't know why you're doing this. He tells her it's not impossible. It is true. I have the DNA test. Sami - You can't. You just can't. Rafe - I can and I do. Listen, Sydney and Grace were switched the day they were born. Sami - What? Rafe - Grace was never your child. Sami glares - How dare you. Don't you ever say that. Grace was my daughter. I felt her kick in my stomach; I held her; I took care of her; I nursed her; I saw her smile for the first time; (she's crying) - I was there every step of the way. I watched her die. You were there with me - Grace was my baby. She was my little girl. She was mine and nobody's ever going to take her away from me. Nobody's ever going to replace her. Rafe tries to comfort her but Sami is too upset. Rafe wishes he knew the right way to do this. Maybe he should have said it differently. Sami - No, just drop it. Rafe - I wasn't saying that we were going to replace Grace - obviously we could never do that. Nothing will ever take her place in our hearts. I'm just saying this isn't about Grace. This is about the truth. Sami - The truth? It can't be true. I was taking care of Grace at the convent. I trusted those sisters. No one was away from that baby. She was being looked after the whole time. Are you saying when I came back to get her she was switched. How was that even possible? Rafe - I know about all that. What I'm talking about took place right after the birth. Don't you remember telling me that Dr. Baker said that she wasn't breathing right and he took her out of the room. Sami - That was for a couple of minutes. We're talking about a clinic here. It was a tiny place. There weren't a lot of babies there not like in a hospital. These things happen in a hospital - mistakes happen in a hospital. Rafe stops her - Sami, listen to me. This wasn't a mistake. Grace and Sydney were switched on purpose. Sami cries - Why are you doing this? Rafe - I'm going to need you to work with me on this. Can you do that? Think through this with me. We know that Nicole actually had a miscarriage last fall. She was faking her pregnancy after that. She was lying to EJ. She was planning on getting a replacement baby. Sami - Right. Mia's baby. They had talked about it months before Sydney was even born. Rafe - That was the plan. But then you and Mia gave birth on the same day. So Nicole suddenly has this one in a million chance to have EJ raise his own child. She goes to Baker. Baker gets the replacement baby. When Baker comes back into that room with your child, it's not your child, it's Mia's.

Sami - I love Sydney. She's a sweetheart. She's a beautiful little girl but she's not my baby. She's not. Rafe - Sami, it's true. Sami - You could be wrong about this. Rafe - Not this time. Sami - You were before when you thought Nicole was the reason Grace got sick. Rafe - I didn't have all the information then. Now I have all the facts. Sami - It doesn't make any sense. Nicole didn't even know I was pregnant. Nobody knew. I went into witness protection ... Rafe - Actually she did know that you were pregnant. She knew. Sami - How? Rafe - I don't know how but she knew and she knew where you were hiding. That's why she went to Sister Theresa with this poor, pregnant single mom act. Sami - She knew Sister Theresa? Rafe - Yeah. She was probably there when you were hiding in the next room. Did Sister Theresa ever mention a woman named Mary? Sami - Oh my god. Oh God. Rafe - Around the same time Nicole started pushing Sister Theresa towards Baker. Sami - That clinic - Dr. Baker he ... Rafe - Dr. Baker helped Nicole through her miscarriage. Now I think Nicole was helping him pay off some gambling debts - I don't know - they were totally intertwined at that point. But I think he became less important to her and more of a liability. Sami - And then he was murdered. Rafe - Yeah, by a professional and then they set me up to take the fall. Sami - Wait a second. Nicole is capable of a lot of things but hiring a professional hit man - she doesn't have access to that. Rafe agrees. Sami - You think it was EJ. Rafe - No. I don't think it was EJ. I don't think he knew about the baby switch else he wouldn't have thrown out Nicole and Sydney. I think Nicole's buddy through all this was Stefano DiMera. Sami - He just tried to kill you. Rafe - Yeah - the moment I finally had the DNA proof. Sami - DNA samples can be faked - I would know. Rafe pulls out the paper. Yeah well - the teething ring was Syndey's; the toothbrush was yours. I took them directly to the FBI. It wasn't faked. Sami reads the results and cries. But it's just not possible because I'm a mother and mother's are supposed to know these things. And I know that Grace was mine - I know it here (she puts her hand over her heart) - she was my little girl. Rafe - Sami, just because you open your heart to Sydney doesn't mean you're kicking Grace out. It doesn't mean I'm going to love Grace any less. Sydney is yours. She's your baby. She knows you; she trusts you and you love her too. She's yours Sami and it's time for you to take her back. Sami cries. How could I not know? I mean how could I not know ... it's not possible. Rafe - You had just gotten out of witness protection. You were dealing with Grace and EJ. Sami - No. I would have known if she were mine. She recalls a moment in the convent when Rafe asks her who Grace looks like and she says she doesn't know and Rafe says not you, not really. Sami - Do you remember we were always asking ourselves who she looked like. Because she didn't look like EJ, she didn't look like Johnny, Allie or me. Rafe - Exactly what I mean. You knew it. You had a special connection to Sydney the whole time. Sami - No, it's just mothers. They just like little babies. Rafe - No that's not true at all Sami. And despite the fact that you hated Nicole you couldn't keep your eyes off Sydney. Sami - Yeah. Right from the start I ... Rafe - Deep down you and Sydney had a special conncection. It just wasn't logical - you couldn't let yourself think that. You wanted to be a good mother to Sydney - Nicole took away that chance. Sami goes into his arms.


Brady house - Part 2: Justin tells Carly that what he did to get her out of jail was just fancy legal manoeuvring; it's not going to last. The government lawyers have probably already countered it - the extradition is still going to happen - it's just a matter of when. It could happen at any moment. You have to be ready. Carly - No Justin - I can not leave Salem until ... Justin - Until what? Carly can't say anything - it has to stay private. Justin asks if it's something she needs to do - someone she needs to see - he can possibly arrange something. Is there anything he can do to help. Carly wishes there were. Justin will finish that brief and get it to the courthouse first thing in the morning. Just call if she needs anything. He leaves. Carly goes on the computer to find something - she does - she leaves.


Kiriakis mansion - Part 2: Hope answers the door - it's Bo. He brought Ciara a puzzle - she thanks him. He asks if he can come. She tells him Ciara isn't there. He knows - he came to see her too. He wanted to say I'm sorry. Hope says he doesn't have to apologise to her. Of course at first she was furious that he thought she turned Carly in. Bo says she had a right to be furious. I not only accused you I said you were lying when you denied it. I should have trusted you. Hope says she shouldn't have trusted Victor. She wanted to know more about Carly - she thought she was being discreet. Bo says Victor can read between the lines better than anyone he knows. Hope says at least Justin was able to get her free. Bo asks her why she was picking Victor's brain about Carly. Hope - Isn't it obvious. She was a huge part of your life at one time when you thought I was gone. Bo - Yeah, gone forever. Hope knows. She replaced me Bo when I was gone; in your heart, in your life and I guess what I need to know is - is she going to do it again. Bo - No one has ever or will ever replace you in my heart, in my life. The last thing they need to worry about is Carly - she might not be in Salem very long. What we need to worry about is us. It always gets down to trust, doesn't it? Hope - We have to rebuild our trust, yes. Bo asks how they do that - counselling. Hope - It might help. Bo asks her if that is what she wants to do. What she wants is to come home. Bo is surprised - how many times has he asked her and she's said no. Hope says now is what counts. If we're going to rebuild our trust we need to go from here not back there. Bo agrees but he has to know - does she want to come home because she loves him and wants to rebuild their life together or because she wants to keep an eye on Carly.


Daniel's apt - Part 1: Chloe sings to Sydney - what no applause? People pay good money to hear me sing the least you could do is give me a smile or better yet go to sleep. Chloe wonders where Sydney's mommy is? Daniel comes into the bedroom - Sydney is sitting in the circle of Chloe's arms - Chloe is fast asleep. Daniel picks up Sydney - he thinks he has the answer to all her problems - come with him.


Police station - Part 2: Kate tells Roman that Stefano doesn't check with her first when he goes away on business. Roman - But he does check with you EJ, doesn't he - since you're running the family business. EJ can't account for the things Stefano does. Roman - Mean like putting a hit on Rafe Hernandez so you have to show up and stop him? A cop tells Roman that the DA is on the line for him. Roman goes to take the call. EJ - Now Mommy I'd like to know where Daddy is. I know you know so I'd like you to tell me. Nicole comes rushing in - Kate, where's Sydney? What did you do with her? Kate tells her to calm down - she didn't do anything to her baby. Nicole demands to know where she is. EJ asks Nicole how she can just misplace a little girl. Nicole explains that she was left with Mary and then Harold told her Mary left her with Kate. Kate is just about to tell Nicole where Sydney is when Roman comes to take her to an interrogation room to get her statement. Nicole - This is just a total nightmare. Nicole asks EJ what he's doing here. She heard Kate was brought down for questioning - is he her attorney? EJ says no there was a shooting incident on the pier involving Raphael Hernandez. Nicole - And you were there? Thank God you're alright. She hugs him and touches him - it could have been him instead of Rafe - she's very grateful. What happened? How did he find out about it? EJ - I suppose I saved Rafe's life. Nicole - Why? EJ asks her to explain that. He just told her he saved a man's life and she asks why. Nicole was just thinking that he might have gotten himself killed. EJ - Right, because you care so deeply. She loves him but from the way he's been treating her lately she doesn't know why. EJ asks her if she knows why his father would harm Rafe. Nicole - Of course not. EJ asks if he knows where he went - his father has left down and disappeared. Nicole - My God did he take Sydney. EJ - why would he take Sydney. Nicole - You know how he dotes on her. I think he still thinks of her as his granddaughter. EJ says she's lied to him so much he's lost the ability to judge anything she's saying. She's not lying to him about how Stefano feels about Sydney. EJ says if she ever loved him and if she knows why his father ... Kate comes back. Nicole wants to know where Sydney is. Kate says she turned her over to Chloe. Nicole takes off and calls Chloe. Chloe tells her Sydney is gone.


Java Cafe: Maggie joins Mia. Mia asks if she's sure she wants to sit with her. She probably wants her to move out of her house - no sluts allowed. Maggie tells her not to call herself that ever again. She knows that right now Mia is thinking that she's done everything wrong but she's done something very right. You gave someone the most precious gift anyone can - concentrate on that. Maggie assures her she would never ask her to move out but has she considered contacting any family. Mia tells her they couldn't get her mother to talk to her if they paid her - she has a lot of problems. Mia had it all figured out. After the baby was born she was going to Japan to join a dance company. Maggie tells her she wanted to be a dancer when she was young - she did for a while but it wasn't in the cards. Mia says the dance company was bogus. She was a back-up dancer in a bar for awhile. She had to face reality and come home. Maggie is so glad she did. Mia - You're the only one. I'm 16 and I have failed as a daughter, a dancer and as a girlfriend. It's a good thing I didn't try to be a mother. Maggie tells her to let the past go - remember what I said. Mia - Yeah I did do one thing right. I gave my little girl a chance at a good life.


Brady Pub - Part 1: Outside the pub Dan sits on a bench and talks to Sydney about her messed up schedule. She needs a good life - lots of sunshine, happiness and a mommy and daddy that love her. Sydney gives him a BIG smile - so cute.


Daniel's apt - Part 2: Nicole comes barging in to the bedroom - the door was open. Chloe tells her everything is okay. She found a note from Daniel - he took Sydney for a walk in her stroller to try and get ther to fall asleep. Nicole demands that she call Daniel - she wants to know where she is. Chloe says she's probably sleeping - she's fine. Nicole snaps - Where is my baby? Call him - I want my baby.


Pier: Carly finds Mia sitting on the steps - crying. Carly - You look like you need a friend.


Brady Pub - Part 2: Dan and Sydney are inside the pub now - Dan continues to talk to Sydney - Nicole comes stomping in asking Dan - What kind of man are you? You took my child without saying a word to Chloe. She doesn't want to hear Dan's explanation. She calls him an ass and and insensitive jerk and tells him to get out of her way - she wants her baby. Dan says no - you're not touching that baby.


Police station - Part 3: Roman tells EJ and Kate that once they sign their statements their free to go unless they'd like to add something. EJ - No. Kate - I'd like to tell you to go to hell. Roman tells Kate that somehow he doesn't think this is the last time they're going to be talking about this. He leaves. Kate takes it that Stefano didn't leave town on business. EJ - No he didn't. Does she know where he went. No. EJ hopes she's telling him everything. Kate says Stefano was livid because an activity he wanted completed was interrupted by him. You shouldn't have been involved. EJ is involved and staying involved.


Sami's place - Part 2: Sami - It seems so strange that Nicole would do this. Rafe reminds her that he was the guy that lived with her in witness protection. The first words out of her mouth were about what a bitch Nicole was. Sami - We have this history. It's so complicated, right? That I would just happen to go into labour at the right time and Sister Theresa would take me to the clinic that Nicole wanted me to go to and Mia would have her baby on the same day so she could then bring Mia's baby to the clinic where I was giving birth - getting Dr. Baker to switch the babies all so she could raise EJ's baby? Rafe - I agree with you. It's definitely complicated but when you think about it there was Nicole and what she was going through. She lost her baby, she's grieving, she's desperate to hold on to EJ. Sami - Oh my God. You're saying it's true - that Sydney's really mine? Sydney's really my little girl. Rafe - Yes. Sami - You're sure. You're 100% positive about this. The DNA ... Rafe - I'm positive - she's yours, she's all yours. Sami laughs and cries and hugs Rafe. Rafe - Ready? Sami - Let's go bring Sydney home.


Preview: Hope to Bo - That's not completely accurate. It's Carly I don't trust. Rafe to Sami - We need to figure out a plan very carefully. Nicole to Chloe - I'm in trouble. Big trouble.
