Great news!!! The boys have surpassed all the doctors expectations (actually amazed the doctors and nurses) with their speedy recovery. They were moved from the Cardiac ICU yesterday back to the NICU. Once the goals that have been set for them are met they will be discharged. They want them both feeding only from the bottle - Austin is already there - Caden is rapidly catching up - he had his feeding tube removed today. Austin is completely weaned off oxygen - Caden is still in the process of being weaned off. Austin is ready to be discharged by Friday but if Caden is close behind they are going to try and keep them together and discharge them both on the same day sometime this coming weekend or early next week.
