Chad overhears Gabis last moments with Andrew and is shocked to learn of her involvement in Melanies ordeal. After Andrew dies, Chad gets Gabi alone and confronts her. Gabi basically confesses to Chad, previews Casey Jon Deidrick (Chad). He doesnt really know what to do with the information. But because Melanie has been through so much and nearly died, he decides against letting Melanie know Gabis role in what happened. He doesnt want to make things worse for her. Instead, Chad warns Gabi to steer clear of Melanie.
Chad then informs Gabi that their modeling days are over and instructs her to pack up and leave his apartment. Chad says that its time to move, shares Deidrick. Hes doing anything he can to get Gabi out of the picture. So, he pretty much exiles Gabi from hanging out with him and his friends, especially Melanie.
Meanwhile, Chad focuses on Melanie and expresses his love for her. Deidrick asserts, Chad becomes very protective of Melanie.
