I agree. I think JPower, or whoever is in control of this forumn needs to shut it down and maybe ask Craig if they can be a moderator on the new forumn but otherwise should not be involved.

However, I will be surprised if my message doesn't get deleted.

So let me get this straight, we as a league voted a guy onto the board who only had one job last year...to update the website and he couldnt even do that?

And now he starts a new forum where we have to log in?

No thanks.

JPower, as long as you leave this one up...its where I'm comming.

Thanks!

If you were at the league meeting you would have found out that the main reason the league website wasn't updated in a timely matter was put on each team. The league didn't get scores from every team as they are supposed to do and therefore it couldn't be updated accordingly. At least that what was said. Hopefull that will change this year. As far as a new forum, this was done to only have people on that are willing to say who they are and that they must sign in. I am definitely ok with having both of them up. I just agree that there should be no link from the league website to this one.

you can keep this forum up J, but now that you are no longer associated with the league i think you should remove the MACHA from this forum. this has no affiliation with the league and neither do you. if you want to keep this up, make sure people realize that this is an INDEPENDENT forum and is in no way associated with the MACHA league.

Kevin,

I know I am no way associated with Macha now...thanks for updating me, I guess Im not as smart as you to figure some things out?

As far as teams not sending in their scores for updates last season, I dont buy that. Most were forwarded BCC to me so that I could post them on here and such.

Craig deleted the link to this forum back in December cause he felt, being that he wasnt capable of being a moderator to its fullest, and that since he received heat for being lazy that it was justly due that others in the league also receive heat.

Personally, I dont like that idea...I deleted posts that made the league look bad to outsiders that may have visited

Best wishes to him and the new forum.

As stated, this one will remain up. There are also members from SIUE, McKendree, ISU, and MSU that will be moderating this forum.

Again, I will moderate this one as I and the other moderators see fit. Ive been associated with this league for 9 years now, and dont plan on seing its Intrigity washed aside.

As long as the info keeps rolling along, I'm still coming here for info and any updates. This forum was updated daily and censored most of the trash that was irrelavent to MACHA. I appreciate the work and effort over the past 2 years J, its too bad to see ya go. Independant or not, until the new link has proven the same status as this one, im still coming here.

It will take a while, but I think people will understand that the amount of garbage talk that goes on witout logins will make the new forum better. I guess how information flows will determine which site gets frequented the most by me.

See you on the other side,

Steve

Big talk little guy. If you look at their website, then follow that up be reading the text. (two steps that may be hard for you) you will notice it says he will still be with the team just backing off on time comittment. Nice try though, glad you feel good about yourself.

Anyone else notice how fast craig seems to be on the keyboard as of late when it comes to the official site?

First he had up a thanks to Tom and JD for thier time. Then he basically slammed them yesterday, becuase he has so much to talk with his track record, and today its back to being a thank you.

Thanks to the two Anonymous guys for proving my point. Way to show that college education with the sentence "If you look at their website, then follow that up be reading the text." That's brilliant.

Believe me, we at Mizzou don't love Iowa or Harter, but if you're going to take shots at him, at least use proper English and POST YOUR NAME!

Well, the grammar actually is correct, there was just a typo. "If you look at their website, then follow that up be reading the tex." The period should not have been there. Which you probably assumed that when reading further. Noticing no capital letter in the word that would have started a next sentence. But you are pretty smart so I am sure you noticed that as well. Oh, by the way, with the type of advertising and marketing that I do, a phew tiepos hear and their do not matter. Items should be quickly proof read but if you miss one or two things, people don't care. It doesn't have any affect on the businness you get from the marketing piece. That is also what is stated by the Direct Marketing Association. But being as smart as you are I am sure that you knew that information as well.
