| I dont get why the league does not hand out honors to the best of the best in the league. Things like all conference team and individual awards comes to mind. I don't understand why the league wouldn't reward the players who worked hard all season.

I can't really determine who to pick for players but I would have to say that Thatcher and SIUE put up an impressive run so far. So my pick for coach, based on record and performance, would have to go to SIUE.

The board decided at last year's meeting to hand out league awards. They will do it for the first time this year.

Why not doing scholar-athletes as well? 2nd team/3rd team, etc...Great idea!
