Missouri State has not lost a Macha game in more then the last 25 contests (since 2006). Is anyone going to knock them off this year? When and where is it going to be? Or honestly, is it going to happen at all? I guess i just want to know if anyone in MACHA is considerably better this year to compete?
Possible Contenders Left:
Iowa
Illinois State
Mizzou
Kansas
SLU

if slu doesn't take down msu this weekend, the only team left would be iowa...and with the fire-power they have on offense, i would say they have a great shot. should be an interesting few weekends coming up

shots in first game were even...second not so much but not an absolute blow out...
the score does not show the skill difference between the teams...msu outworked slu in the first minutes of every period thus allowing them to gain 3 or 4 in the first game, and 4 in the first period of the second game...other than that, the games in my opinion were very even.
very fun games to watch though in my opinion.

This forum has been created with the purpose to constructively discuss college club hockey. We encourage you to freely discuss any topic you wish, with the caveat that you keep the discourse within the bounds of good taste. Our intent is to build up and promote college club hockey and its teams. We need to work together and support each other to make this happen. We already have enough critics of club hockey. Let's do our best to keep things amiable on this forum, as not to give them any ammunition.
Best of luck to ALL teams!
