The score sheet says....

goals by

Michonski
Wood
Davlantes
Vanderbloom
Kiske

http://www.achahockey.org/files/machaat_machama.pdf

Vanderbloom is not listed on the roster on the gamesheet though. Weird.

The scorers from my original post are correct, the scorekeeper messed up the numbers put on the scoresheet in both games. I got my info from Lamond after the game.

In the first game it was vanderbloom who scored, not donze, but donze had two goals in the second game.. They lost to the gmhl today 8-4.

It looks like the silver players had a better weekend the most of the gold players. Donze, and Katz five points apiece, and Vanderbloom with three goals. People were saying that it should have been all gold players, well looks like they proved you wrong.

MACHA all stars - Gold & Silver

I was at the tournament. The coach rolled the lines in all of the games. Pretty much equal ice time for everybody. The Silver players were just as good as the most of the Gold players and better than some. Bottom line... no question the Silver Division "teams" are not as talented as those in the Gold, but the 4 silver division players that participated proved that their individual skills are definitely good enough to play on any Gold Division team.

It's nice to see that some of you who weren't good enough for the allstar team can still come on here and talk crap about others. As for the 'real classy guy' comment, I'm assuming you're talking about Jacobsen. Chances are you don't like him cuz he either dangled you or slashed you this year, probably both. Bottom line is anyone would want him on their team, and after spending the week with him he's a cool dude too. In fact, everyone there had a blast with each other, great experience for everyone involved. As for the silver bashing, after getting adjusted to the speed in the first game, all 4 of them played great. It's too bad some of you are so jealous...spend more time on the ice and less talking crap on here and maybe you can actually make the allstar team next time and have as much fun as we all did.

I have never wrote on this site before, but I just want to say that I think that our team was well represented and I'm glad that the team had a good showing. There were reasons for everyone being picked that got picked. If people are upset that is fine but instead of saying that people that made it were not good enough to be there is not right. Work harder next year and give the staff a reason to bring you. I talked to our captain about the weekend and he said that they all had a great time and I think that winning a few games was a great step in the right direction for the whole organization. Congratulations guys!

Kich,

Nevermind, scratch that. From now on if I post I will create a screen name with my email and log in. That should help.

Nice work on the MACHA site.

from what I had heard...U could tell that the Silver players in the game were running around a lot...I was told they had the most minuses..and when theY did score their goals they were little flukes or easy breakaways..
