With Eastern Illinois' recent sweep by Robert Morris University - Maroon, the Illinois State University Redbirds become the first team to clinch a MACHA Gold playoff spot.
Can anyone spot the error?

Well, that game shouldn't have anything to do with the MACHA and Illinois State clinching a Gold Playoff spot!

They did clinch a playoff spot, but not because of that series... Mo State's Sweep of KU locked up a spot for the Redbirds.

Good point, however, both may be in error. It may have been the combination of the SLU sweep of EIU Nov. 21st plus the ISU shut-out win over SIUe on Dec. 3rd which created the first team to clinch in MACHA Gold.
But maybe the more interesting question is, who is next?
