Surfing: Everyone's got at least one link to share, don't they? I'll leave one that also ties in with Mastering: http://www.freesticky.com/ - It's where I grabbed the majority of those easy-to-copy-and-paste add-ons like the comic strips, "Twisted History", etc.
I'll add this: Earlier this year I was in the middle of studying how to produce a 'free content' thing like that of my own, having pretty much mastered HTML and on the verge of being fluent in Javascripting, ready to tackle CGI & Perl, and tie it all together into some RSS delivery...then came my personal September from Hell, surpassing 9/11/01. A congestive heart that had been little more than an inconvenience for over a year decided to make it's presence known all over again. 4...or was it 5?...hospital admissions over a span of 6 or 7 weeks. Yeah, hey, thanks, you don't even need to say it...I appreciate it. I'm doing the best I can to look at the bright side, they want to install a pacemaker and that sounds fine with me.
I'll tell you, though, that's the kind of thing that'll push a more professional level of webmastering right back out of your head. It's not so much that I've forgotten it all, though I have lost a lot of it - it's more to do with how easy it is to use tools other people have made, for example this message board, the drag-and-drop Geocities page builder, and pretty much everything someone else deserves credit for other than my own words.
IT stands for Internet Technology, and I know of a least a couple of folks I've told about Cream and Sugar that are well versed in that area - I doubt they'll change their policy of keeping out of chatrooms and message boards, but, one never knows who will stumble into a site and decide to hang out!
So, there you go, Computers in General ... and here I go, winded and ready for a break already. I'm learning how this board functions along with you, and bbl to discuss it when I can.
