Sorry Chap, no can do...Joanne runs this forum and she and I do not see eye to eye on any aspect of Natalie's death...she worships Wagner and is so set in her POV it is impossible to present any opposing viewpoint lest we bring down her wrath. I find it to be a bore and her opinions totally redundant. It is exhausting. I wish we had an entirely different forum, one in which she was not present at all. Wagner is out for Wagner, always has been; the consummate egotist and Natalie was blinded by her love for him; her love was genuine; his was superficial; but then, everything about the man is superficial. A multi millionaire, one of the Vanderbilt family, was smitten with Wagner and although there was never anything beyond a platonic friendship, (the man never did have any relationships; he remained a eunuch...more or less) Wagner played this man to the hilt and wound up with a nice slice of the Vanderbilt pie upon his death. He uses people; he is grotesque. An abomination. And that is exactly how I feel...now Joanne, no need to spew your poisonous rage, I know how YOU feel, no need to go into it let's simply sagree to disagree...after all, not everyone who comes into this forum will agree with you about Wagner. There are differing opinions, not all people agree...deal with it.

IMO, which is shared by many, Natalie was awakened at some point during the night, went looking for Wanger and found him in flagrante delecto with Walken...Why do I think this? Because it answers all the unanswered questions about that night...Natalie, with her terror of water, would not get into a dinghy in the middle of a cold night for any reason other than sheer horror and a strong, overwhelming desire to get away form what she saw. Wagner has been rumored AC/DC for decades and Walken went on this holiday with the Wagners and left his wife ashore, rather puzzling to say the least. Wagner is a weak, self-centered, self-serving man with a hunger for money and fame...any way he can get them. He is a man without morals or a moral compass; he is without decency and without compassion and without conscience. The coroner also stated that Natalie had foam coming out of her mouth; this is the result of a heart-stopping event, literally heart failure, also explained in the above scenario. Knowing her love, actually worship, of Wagner, finding him not only with someone else, but another man, would certainly be a cause for her to leave the boat and succumb to heart failure. Explained, also, is why the two men waited for two full hours before calling for help...which, in the natural course of events, should have been done immediately. Also explains their unnatural reluctance to discuss the events leading to her death and their refusal to answer questions in a coherent, logical manner. If things had been entirely aboveboard, they would have (SHOULD have) been eager to cooperate with any and all investigation into her death, and the fact that there are so many unanswered questions lends even more credence to this scenario.
So, here we have these two men and Natalie gone and no one to even call for help to find her. Most disturbing. How can Wagner live with himself? Easy. He's the consummate sociopath. Watch him in "A Kiss Before Dying"; he plays a MOST convincing murderer. Now, I am not saying he murdered Natalie, but he is certainly complicit in her death.

THANK YOU, SCHUYLER. I WANTED TO HEAR YOUR FEELING. I HAVE MY OWN AND THEY DIFFER SLIGHTLY. I FEEL THAT THE WAGNER WALKEN THING IS TOO SIMPLE AN ANSWER. I BELIEVE THAT THEY CAME BACK FROM DINNNER, SAT IN THE SALON AND DRANK A LITTLE MORE. WAGNER AND WALKEN ARGUED, NATALIE GOT PISSED AND WENT TO THE STATEROOM. WAGNER STEWED FOR A WHILE. NATALIE GOT READY FOR BED. HE WENT DOWN TO THE STATEROOM. SHE WAS THERE. THEY `CONTINUED TO FIGHT. SHE WENT OUTSIDE. HE FOLLOWED HER. WHILE STANDING ALONG THE EDGE OF THE SWIMSTEP, SHE FELL. HE WATCHED HER GRAB ON TO THE DINGHY. HE TAUNTED HER AND WALKED AWAY. HE WAS DRUNK ENOUGH TO THINK THAT AS LONG AS SHE WAS HANGING ON TO THE DINGHY SHE WOULD BE OK...THAT SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO CLIMB IN. HE WENT A WHILE LATER TO CHECK AND SHE WAS GONE. HE ASSUMED AT FIRST THAT SHE CLIMBED INTO THE DINGHY BUT AS TIME WENT ON HE KNEW THAT SHE WAS DEAD AND THAT HE HAD TO COME UP WITH A GOOD STORY. SO IN MY VIEW, HE WAS CULPABLE....THIS IS A POSSIBLE. WHAT DO THE REST OF YOU THINK ?

IF I MAY ASK, DO YOU KNOW PEOPLE WHO KNOW HIM? WHAT I AM ASKING IS ON WHAT DO YOU BASE YOUR FEELINGS TOWARD WAGNER.

You're right.I think exactly the same thing. I agree about the fact he was too drunk to be able to do something to save her. He is responsible of her death.
For his daughters and wife Jill well-being i hope he doesn't drink anymore.
