A question for Eduardo Aron Cleaver

If you take a moment to review our past posting history you will see that in the Fall semester some of my former Law Students are holding mock adjudications, arraignment/ preliminary hearings and trials of four well known Hollywood deaths which many feel have a very mysterious air to them. One of the subjects will be the death of the actress Natalie Wood in November 1981.
We have been keeping up with the threads and posts on this site as well as other sites and most if not all come up rather ludicrous and I must say your initial post claiming to have read the manuscript made us doubtful also. Now, we have noticed that you corrected yourself in regard to an admitted previous error. To my students, this sheds an entirely different light upon you.
This may appear to be a throw away, irrelevant question but I assure you it is grounded in reason. We would like to know if the book has a dedication and if you are at liberty to reveal who it is dedicated too.
Respectfully,
PK

I have read your previous posts. There is nothing that prohibits me from telling you the book's dedication except my very own conscious and integrity but I will tell you this; The book is dedicated to the only person deserving of the dedication.

Prove it? I think the guy already did. Did you read his other posts? I think your problem is you are going green with envy knowing there are people out there that read the book and just might be part of something you would kill to become a part of but they laugh at you.
You can deny it all you want with your prove it lines and LOLs and your 6 million different screen names but the truth is you are jealous.
I think the green eyed monster of envy done got you by the old short hairs and won't let go!

*Is that all you got? Tsk! Tsk!
The OP of the thread is obviously well aware of what s/he is talking about as it is also obvious that s/he is educated "also" but you have the cattiness to correct a slip of the adverb "too" as opposed to the preposition "to"? Spare me your unnecessary claws! Have you seen the abominations in spelling and grammar from the "fanofvlad" brigade and their slovens?

*Yes, I am fully aware that the first sentence is an example of what I called an abomination...in grammar and the second is what is commonly known as a run on sentence.
Please note the use of "also" which is correct as I am referring to "in addition too"...

Equally obvious is the fact that Eduardo was not comparing my post with the "Wagner Dunce brigade" but he was making the distinction between my post and the "fanofvlad brigade".
I thank him for making that distinction and the next time my students or I post here we will be sure to bring along our editing department and our paralegal team. We wouldn't want to upset the Mensa and Rhodes Scholars running rampant on this site.

LOL. Yes, I tend to shy away from posting here due to the presence of the Mensa crowd who congregate here. One can see the advanced intellectual gifts of the Wagner fans. And there is a lawyer who posts here. She told us to "seise" and desist. Those fancy legal terms totally confuse me. I can see how you might be intimidated.

Gordon, my compatriot! What year did you complete your studies? Were you on a scholarship? Mine was through the Peter Booris Foundation for Education.
How great to meet up with a fellow Mensa in one of the strangest places; this web site!
I wonder if we know each other? Did you study at the time time as the famed actress, Geena Davis? I was a few years ahead of her.
So wonderful to see that you are a top dog for Team Wagner!
Sorry, people! With that last sentence, I can't do this with a straight face and clear conscious. As a child I was taught never to look down upon the less fortunate and ignorant.

To coin a word I"ve decided to steal outright from an OP; Yentru... you are about to be "shredded"! How dare you come on here and post the following sentence? "Did you study at the time time as the famed actress, Geena Davis?"
"time time"? Ugh!... and you call yourself a Mensa? Turn that sheepskin in at once!

PS-See? I told you this could be fun at times. Great way to relieve stress and thumb your nose at the plebians and a few Calvinists, I fear.

The only thing obvious is the fact that fanofvlad and team Wagner know what they are talking about and the rest of you dont.
Look up compendimum actions in a law book and you will see that they know exactly how the law works.

LMAO, this is gonna be good! Why don't you should us? We must have an ignorance of the law. While you are at it, Gordon, LOLOL, you might want to show us "seice and desist" Go ahead, break out those law books and tell us all about the "compendimum actions" and "seise and desist". Scan it for us, show us the brilliance of the "team Wagner".
By the way, is "dont" another word in team Wagner's law books? I have never seen it written that way. With my ignorance I always include an apostrophe. That must be another word that the team Wagner and Vlad are aware of that the rest of us have never seen.

Hey there OP who asked why nobody cracks on him because his "spelling is whack". It is a good thing we know what side of the fence you are on or we'd send in the "Wagner team" to get on you and they'd begin "compendimum actions" against you...OOPS! sorry that is "TEAM WAGNER" lead by fanofvlad for "exhaulted" Vlad!
Just because you can't spell, your posts are laced with censored expletives and at times your elocution is beyond comprehension, we still love you!

the TEAM WAGNER will have check some of the big words you used in that big book called a Dictionary. I can't see them making it through the second paragraph without the big book. You used big words!
Please stop mentioning the "compendimum actions". It frightens me. I lost sleep over the dreaded "compendimum actions".

No score for this post
July 27 2009, 10:35 AM

How did the compendium postings go from one thread to another? Please take the time out from your busy schedules and find a job or possibly a hobby that will take you out into the fresh air and sunshine.
A word for the spurious lawyers on this board; An individual can not be charged with a compendium action. The reasoning is quite simple. There is no such law mandated in the United States. In layman's term, there is no such charge! An individual can be charged with a crime which shows a compendium of their alleged wrongdoing.
My students and I would be most engaged in finding the Law Book and exact text you derived a "Compendium Action" law from and *its complete definition.

*Ah, and before anyone attempts a grammatical correction:
It's is a contraction for it is or it has.
Its is a possessive pronoun meaning, more or less, of it or belonging to it.
And there is absolutely, positively, no such word as its'.
A wonderful day to all.
