I was wrong to think that RJ should have stopped the book from being published. RJ did the right thing, he sat back and let Davern and Rulli and all involved libel themselves, now he has a real solid case and ya"ll going to get ya'll butts sued.

Ya'all Vindicator and Ya'all who be reading dis here pos'. Sorry it just my southern roots a showing' like Vindicator Ya"all. Any-who, please tell me why anyone will be sued for anything. It is one side to a story. Why wasn't anyone else sued? Why wasn't Finstad sued for making references to RJ's AC/DC life style? Why wasn't Vanity Fair sued? I don't recall anywhere in the book anyone calling RJ a murderer.
You need to brush up on you law before funning off at the mouth like that.

What about when Davern says to Rulli that he wants to report a murder (the word is even italicized and Rulli comments that it's the first time she heard him use that word)?

I am very curious to see how this book is edited for release in the UK as their libel laws are much more strict than the US. Finstad's book had to be edited for that very reason.

Yes, the libel laws in the UK are much stricter. Their libel laws hinder free speech.

Yes, they don't allow you to call someone a murder who hasn't been proven as such.

I'm sure there are ways to get around it.
