WAGNER WAS DRUNKOctober 6 2009 at 12:10 AM No score for this post | mk (no login) |
| Everyone is talking about Davern smoking a little weed and drinking and that his memory was shot. What about how drunk Wagner was? Wagner was so drunk he acted like a maniac by smashing that wine bottle. Davern had the sense to make Natalie her tea, to interfere with the arguing in the stateroom, and you think a jury will buy Wagner's lies if it ever got to that point? And, Davern took a POLYGRAPGH! I know, not good for court...but good for credibility! |

This discussion ended in a deadlock in another thread, but I think Davern is twice as credible as Wagner. Why? Wagner lied. Davern told the truth. SOmeone "high as a kite" doesn't necessarily lie. Often, being high is a "truth serum" |

I agree. Davern is more credible but RJ has portrayed himself as the broken hearted widower with the movie star smile so his gaggle of menopausal old biddies will always believe him and stop at nothing to get everyone else on board too. |

So over on Natpack **** is taking lessons from Pam and Heidi in the fine art of confrontation, Ginger is rambling on in her mystical way, nat4ever is shifting gears, fanofnat sounds more and more like FANOFVLAD every day and they have read "Natasha" "dozens of times" while courtney pariss wants everyone to join facebook where she will no doubt attempt to tell everyone she is Courtney Wagner, best friends of Paris Hilton. I can see thast one coming a mile away.

If you are so concerned with that group why don't you voice your opinion there using your name and e mail address? The moderator allows us to speak our mind because we tell the truth just like RJ did. If you don't like it, leave and stop refering to people as ughly. We know it is you. |

Being high affects your perception of events. That is all a jury needs to hear in order to discount what Davern is claiming and raise reasonable doubt.
The end. |

Wagner fans are heartless. This mother of two whose daughters worshipped her was killed, and they would rather drool over a killer in reverse mortgage commercials than feel one drop of sympathy for her. Wagner fans are cold-blooded evil-thinking cronies, and nothing more. I wish Rulli would get them the hell off her blog! They don't deserve opinions. They are worthless evil, rotten people. And stupid to boot! |

The guilt has already been proven. Let's say that Wagner didn't put Natalie in the water. NOT saving her is criminal, too. Wagner has already ADMITTED he preferred drinking over not saving her. He KNEW she was in the water. There ya go. |

Do your own elementary math all you want, idiot. The algrebra kind of math on this case was never figurd out until GNGS. Natalie didn't adjust dinghies or go near them--EVER. She was in her night clothes, no shoes on a wet deck. He rushed her out onto the deck to waste her. There's your algebra math, passed on a polygraph. Your summation comes from everything Wagner DIDN'T tell us. Mine comes from everything Rulli and Davern had the guts to tell, and passed on a standard piece of equipment used in every police station in America. There's you final equation.
You should try a lesson in grammar, too. |

Anonymous (no login) | Re: WAGNER WAS DRUNKNo score for this post | October 9 2009, 7:01 PM |
Why, because I missed an e in one word? Wagner killed Natalie and he's going to get to die without being behind bars for it. Even Rulli knows that much and says it in her book. But the truth gets to follow the low-lie now. When you and I are dead and gone, the truth will be as large as it should be this very moment, but Wagner probably has tried to stop the truth as usual when Davern, the one who knows what really happened, talks. Wagner's lawyers might intimidate for a little while, but it won't last for long. Natalie's voice will only grow from this day forward. 40 years from now if someone finds Wagner's book and GNGS in an attic together, someone who knows nothing about Wagner or Natalie: who do you REALLY think they will believe after reading both? LOL all you want: you KNOW who they would believe. That was Rulli's purpose, and she accomplished it. |

Oh, sorry, I missed an r..... Here's some grammar for you: It's a complete sentence, NOT a fragment. It is also a quote, by Wagner: "I am responsible for Natalie's death."
It means what it means.
And, here's some math, GNGS is still on the bestselling lists at Amazon and B&N, including biographies and TRUE CRIME. It can go up in ranking to 70,000 and STILL be in the top 1% of selling books. That's some interesting math for a book that the media wants to wait until November to focus on. NOVEMBER, the 28th anniversary of a terrible tragic murder that we finally have the answer to. It's an answer that EQUALS the grammar quote: "I am responsible for Natalie's death."
There, two lessons in one post. Hope I didn't miss a letter while I didn't miss a beat. |

According to Dr. Lyn Taylor he was more "bombed" that she was, but what you say would be so typical of Wagner. When people are around he was the concerned husband but out of the public eye when she was missing for hours from the boat, he sat and drank and planned what would be told to the police just in case. What a hero!

What a silly comparison to draw on. Asking why he would check at the resturant after 15 minutes but not when they were on the boat.
Is it normal for any husband to check on his wife if he thinks she has just gone to bed!!!!!!? Or do you paranoid people check on your spouces on the hour, in case they have had an accident. Geeeez!

When he went to the stateroom he claimed she was not there. That's the comparison that the person made. He was more concerned about her being in the ladies room too long than he was about her being missing from a boat, at night. That makes sense. |

First of all, Davern told Rulli about that weekend in the early 80's, not 30 years later. It took 30 years for someone brave enough to call Wagner a liar and a killer before he is dead. Brave publisher! Second, maybe Davern is talking about being so drunk that night because of all the booze Wagner poured him because Wagner obviously wanted Davern drunk so that Davern would never talk about what he heard and saw.
Third, proven on polygraph, Wagner didn't check on Nat in bed. He went there to argue and kill her. |

I posted about how Wagner fed Davern the booze so he wouldn't be capable of looking for Natalie. Davern was Wagner's only thorn and Wagner wanted him drunk.
For the record, I'm a spritely 36 year old with a mom who raised me on old Hollywood movies (luckily not Wagner movies). I have never dyed my hair. It is dark brown, like Natalie's was. When I am older, I'm sure I will dye my hair. Most woman in this day and age choose not to be gray. Rulli's hair looks great. She must have a wonderful hairdresser. |

Natalie goes to the restroom as is gone a long time. RJ asks someone to check to see if she's OK. A reasonable action. (Notice he didn't overreact and call the police.)
Natalie is missing from the boat and so is the dinghy. He calls the shore for assistance. Reasonable action. (Notice he doesn't overreact and immediately call the coast guard.)
Sounds consistent to me.
Of course if you think Wagner should have called the coast guard the instant Natalie was discovered to be missing (forget the fact that the dinghy was also missing and it was reasonable to assume she took it), you should also be wondering why he didn't call the police when she didn't return from the restroom within minutes. |

He made a radio call 2 hours later without telling them that Natalie was missing. He did not call to shore. That more RJ BS.
Reasonable to assume she took it? She was afraid of dark water, unable to swim, wearing a nightgown and had never done this before in her life. Sounds reasonable to me. Obviously you believe what you want to believe. You want to believe that your RJ could never do harm to anyone because he is a wonderful man. I wonder why this wonderful man lied to the police? Could it be that he was trying to cover up the truth? Perish the thought!
Being in the Pacific Ocean deserves a bit more concern that being in the ladies room but Wagner reacted with more concern when she was in the ladies room. |

Like the Wagners home the Splendour was their home away from home. When Natalie was at home she could come and go as she pleased, same with the Splendour she could come and go as she pleased. I have over a dozen photos of Natalie driving the dinghy by herself and additional photos of her driving the dinghy with other persons in it. So when she went to the restroom at Doug's sure RJ was concerned a celeb in a public place, but when they were in a environment like home if Natalie took off in the dinghy it was normal because she did it all the time, so, RJ was not so concerned. According to his book the last time he saw Natalie she was at her vanity fixing her hair, fixing her hair for what I ask? to go to bed? I don't think so. So, RJ sees Natalie fixing her hair, the next thing he knows Natalie and the dingy are gone so naturally he thought she took off as she did many times before. To be continued........ |

Show us those pictures you have of Natalie "driving the dinghy". More BS from the Queen of the BSers. I think Dennis and RJ would know a bit more about her habits with the dinghy than you would. And by the way, she was wearing a nightgown. According to RJ's book, MORE BS.

The Wagner party returned to the Splendour around 10:30-10:45 p.m., the entire party of four went to the salon for more drink, Natalie pissed off RJ by flirting with Walken. Natalie left the salon and went to their stateroom. RJ saw her fixing her hair at her vanity. The coroners report showed that Natalie had undigested chicken and 2 undigested pills in her small intestine. Natalie did not eat chicken for dinner she ate fish and very little because she sent it back and ate no more, therefore this rules out Daverns claim of a second fight. It's obvious that Natalie went to the kitchen had a bite to eat and took what was described to be vitamins. I don't think she stopped for a bite to eat between fights LOLOL. Digestion takes 20 to 30 minutes, slower if your bombed which she was. Take this all into consideration she was in the water much later that 11:30 in accordance with RJ. To be continued........... |

Oh, BTW, you skipped over the bottle smashing. Yeah, I'm sure after an episode like that, Natalie fixed her hair and went to the kitchen for chicken. It much more reasonable, just as Davern passed on a polygraph test, that Natalie was infuriated after the bottle smashing and a second fight ensued. Hey, tabloid queen, first of all the coroner's report stated that Natalie had undigested chicken OR FISH in her system. How typical of you to change the facts to back up your fable.
Also, the digestive process takes from 24 to 72 hours. 20 minutes, LOL. How dumb can you be?
Death tends to slow down the digestive process.

RJ seems to think Natalie was in the water later than the reported 11:30 time. Noguchi says she was in the water between 11:30 and 11:45. Lets not forget Marilyn Wayne whos son heard cries around 12:30. Marilyn herself never heard the cries it was her son this is why the Wayne scenario was dismissed because there was loud music coming from a beach party and a boat party so the kid didn't really know what he heard. One thing is for certian NO loud music came from the Splendour. Before I go on the is one fact that can not be disputed, due to the undigested chicken and vitamins in Natalies small intestine which digestion from the stomach to the colon takes 20 to 30 minutes the fact is Natalie ate 10 to 15 minutes before her death, therefore there could not have been a second fight unless they took a break got something to eat and then RJ continued to beat her and throw her in the water LOLOLOLOL. This fact can not be disputed, this fact is what helped Noguchi make is finding. You see it's small things like this that mean nothing to us but a whole lot to a Coroner. the coroner also said that there were scratches on the dinghy which Detective Rasure said were not there. Noguchi lied about the scratches to suit his "findings". Reliable.
It takes 24 to 72 hours to digest. Natalie had undigested fish or chicken in her system. And the coroner said something had a vitamin like odor. There were no vitamins. Anyone who has the coroner's report can see that you are lying. Par for the course.
There was no beach party or a boat party. Everyone was indoors.

Anonymous (no login) | Re: WAGNER WAS DRUNKNo score for this post | October 15 2009, 1:17 PM |
Following is the tall tale the resident IDIOT here is telling. Throughout HER post, I will giving the FACTS in CAPS. This person has NO CLUE what she is talking about.
RJ seems to think Natalie was in the water later than the reported 11:30 time.
FACT: WHAT RJ THINKS IS ONLY WHAT RJ WANTS HIS FANS TO BELIEVE. RJ KNOWS WHEN NATALIE WENT INTO THE WATER: HE WAS WITH HER WHEN IT HAPPENED, AS DAVERN PASSED ON A POLYRAPH TEST.
FACT: NOGUCHI (THE CHIEF MEDICAL EXAMINER) IS 100% CORRECT WITH HIS TIMING OF WHEN NATALIE WAS IN THE WATER. NOGUCHI 100% BELIEVES MARILYN WAYNE'S ACCOUNT WHICH IS COMPLETELY COVERED IN GOODBYE NATALIE GOODBYE SPLENDOUR, AND MARILYN WAYNE HAS SAID SHE WOULD TAKE A POLYGRAPH, TOO, TO SUBSTANTIATE HER CLAIM. THERE WAS IN FACT LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM SPLENDOUR. MARILYN, HER FIANCE JOHN PAYNE, AND HER SON ALL HEARD NATALIE'S CRIES FOR HELP. THEY LATER REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE BUT THE POLICE NEVER RETURNED HER CALL. IT IS ON RECORD THAT MARILYN CALLED THE AVALON HARBORCONTROL WHEN THE HARBORMASTER AT TWO HARBORS DID NOT ANSWER WHILE NATALIE CRIED FOR HELP. DAVERN PASSED AS A POLYGRAPH QUESTION THAT HE IN FACT HAD LOUD MUSIC PLAYING. THIS WAS AT THE SAME TIME NATALIE CRIED FOR HELP.
Before I go on the is one fact that can not be disputed, due to the undigested chicken and vitamins in Natalies small intestine which digestion from the stomach to the colon takes 20 to 30 minutes the fact is Natalie ate 10 to 15 minutes before her death, therefore there could not have been a second fight unless they took a break got something to eat and then RJ continued to beat her and throw her in the water
FACT: DAVERN PASSED ON POLYGRAPH THAT THERE WAS A HORRIBLE SECOND FIGHT IN THE STATEROOM AND ON THE BACK DECK WHERE HE LAST SAW NATALIE, AND DAVERN KNOWS WAGNER WAS WITH HER. ALL OF THIS IS EXPLAINED CREDIBLY IN GOODBYE NATALIE GOODBYE SPLENDOUR. NATALIE'S AUTOPSY TALKS ABOUT DIGESTION AND HER NOT FULLY DIGESTED FISH DINNER. THIS IDIOT POSTER IS NOT A CORONER NOR CHECKS FACTS IN HER LAME ATTEMPT TO TRY TO UNDERSTAND ONE. READ GOODBYE NATALIE GOODBYE SPLEDNOUR FOR ALL THE FACTS ABOUT NATALIE'S AUTOPSY. NATALIE'S BRUISES CAME FROM THE FIGHT IN THE STATEROOM. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE POSTER'S FABRICATED EXPLANATION FOR THE BRUISES. SHE'LL PROBABLY SAY NATALIE HIT HERSELF BECAUSE SHE WANTED IT TO LOOK LIKE RJ BEAT HER.
LOLOLOLOL. This fact can not be disputed, this fact is what helped Noguchi make is finding. You see it's small things like this that mean nothing to us but a whole lot to a Coroner. With this fact alone it goes against everything written about Natalies last Hours in GNGS. I will be posting this fact all over the worldwide web. To be continued........
FACT: THIS POSTER CAN SPREAD WHATEVER SHE WANTS ANYWHERE. IT IS GOODBYE NATALIE GOODBYE SPLENDOUR THAT INCLUDES ALL OF THE FACTS AND IS AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE INFORMED ABOUT THEM. THE BOOK IS BACKED BY A PUBLISHING HOUSE LEGAL TEAM, BY ALL BOOK SELLING SITES, BY MEDIA, AND BY READERS, AND BY A CREDIBLE, EXPERIENCE POLYGRAPHIST WITH OVER 25 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS. THE BOOK HAS EVERYTHING YOU'D WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE TRAGIC WEEKEND OF NATALIE WOOD'S DEATH. READ IT INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO A HACK/TROLL/POSTER WHO KNOWS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE WOOD CASE. SHE KNOWS ONLY WHAT SHE WANTS TO BELIEVE. DAVERN WAS THERE, DAVERN PASSED A POLYGRAPH, AND DAVERN'S STORY IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MAKES SENSE, AS TRUTH USUALLY DOES.
ALL OF THE SMALL DETAILS THIS TROLL POSTS ABOUT ARE FABRICATED, AND MANY SMALL DETAILS THAT THE POLICE OVERLOOKED ARE ALL COVERED IN THE NEW BOOK: THE ONLY TRUE ANSWER TO NATALIE'S DEATH. EXPECT THE TROLL TO NOW SAY "BITE ME" LOL |

Anonymous (no login) | Re: WAGNER WAS DRUNKNo score for this post | October 15 2009, 2:06 PM |
You shouldn't even bother with the troll. She's trying to be a Marti Rulli, someone who knew how to expose facts, find small important ones, and present them or dissect them. Difference between the troll and Rulli is that Rulli knows what she is doing and is able to back-up her claims. This troll has nothing but the fantasies in her brainless head. She's an RJ fan, nothing more. Doesn't even know how to comprehensd what she reads. She's so jealous of Rulli's expertise and professionalism that it is driving her insane so she makes stuff up. She believes RJ might've slapped Natalie. Just that shows how she contradicts her own fantasies. LOL'ing is what she is best at. |

I'm sorry the Coroners report shows undigested chicken in Natalie's small intestine along with 2 pills which are vitamin like, this does prove that Natalie ate 10 to 15 minutes before her death. The OP is correct. I know not alot about the other things but this one fact can not be disputed it just can't. |

The above post is from the same idiot was posted the original crap.
Can't be disputed?
this is word for word from the autopsy report.
The tongue shows no abnormality. The stomach shows a froth but the esophagus show no abnormality except for a small amount of partly digested food. The stomach is filled with approximately 500 cc. of semisolid partly digested food. Most of the food appears to be either a chicken or fish of substance, In addition there are patchy areas of red discoloration in the stomach contents. The small intestine contains 2 pills which are not dissolved and they appear to be a large size of vitamin-like substance the appearance and the smell.
In the toxicology part of the report the pills were identified as a pain pill and a seasickness pill. she did not take a vitamin nor did she eat on the boat. That's another fairy tale by this pathetic twit.Tabloid drama queen.

I love the headline of this thread "Wagner was drunk". Guess what, Walken was drunk and on drugs, Davern was drunk and on drugs, Wood was drunk and on drugs, on a boat in the water,an accident waiting to happen. Who is to blame? Davern who did not perform his duties according to California boating laws. he shoul be hined and quartered. |

Natalie Wood was not "ON DRUGS" you A-hole and if you read the autopsy report instead of the f**king tabloids you would know this and stop making a jack ass fool out of yourself. It was Wagner's boat, not Davern's.
Wagner should be in the cell next to Scott Peterson for what he did. |
|
Anonymous (no login) | Re: The word is "IS"No score for this post | October 25 2009, 11:14 AM |
Here's a darker scenario. What if Wagner was NOT drunk? He got Davern drunk so Daverns perception of Wagners state was muddled. Wagner SAYS he was drunk, but that is all very conveinent. You see then if a reinvestigation ever did open well at worst Wagner in a drunken stupor made some poor choices-maybe manslaughter maybe not. But think what it would all mean if he had not been drunk? |
|
Anonymous (no login) | Re: The word is "IS"No score for this post | October 25 2009, 12:36 PM |
It is 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. Ever heard that old expression? Bottom line, Wagner is still guilty . |
|
Anonymous (no login) | Re: The word is "IS"No score for this post | October 25 2009, 12:48 PM |
sure I have, but there is guilty and then there is GUILTY and pre med is first degree murder. Shoot there are people who get 18 mos or suspended for manslaughter. But if he was sober, see then its all kind of a long cold set up to putting her in the water. Remember in GNGS when Marti Rulli asked Dennis Davern if he didnt think it was suspicious going to Isthmus? Now if you were Wagner and you were worried that you were going to have to answer questions what better cover then either you were unconscious-which would not have worked because they would have made him see a doctor or the old standby jeez I was so fd up its hard to remember everything. I know though no blood tests to prove my theory were done so it only a hypothosis and cannot ever be proved. |

The word IS Wagner is flipping out over this book for many reasons but he is playing low profile with it and letting his lawyers do all the work to squelch it with the media in whatever ways they want.
His fans will say he will not dignify it with a statement but that is not true. |

this book is his worst nightmare. he barely mentioned Davern in his book in spite of his anger over the Vanity Fair article. Why? Fear. he did not want to say anything that might rattle Davern because he knew that Davern knew all of his secrets about that horrible night.
if anyone thinks that RJ is living the good life without a second thought about this book they are very naive. His surf and turf sticks in his throat. |

Anonymous (no login) | Surf and Turf?No score for this post | November 1 2009, 5:16 PM |
Wagner isn't dining on surf and turf. I heard he can barely eat at all because of this book and his appearances are brutal for him because he has to smile through them and put on the big act. ST. John was at an autograph appearance recently and she was worse than ever. No questions asked. Nothing. She signed the photo, you paid your money and off you went.
RJ's neighbors in Aspen are trying to do everything to make sure the press stays clear and the area bookstores won't put a single copy of GNGS in their stores but that isn't stopping it's steady push forward. He can pay to have the media squelched but he can't stop word of mouth. The book that would never be published in his lifetime has been.
Poor old RJ. I wonder if he is drinking his meals? |
