Seriously, light beer + high alcohol content doesn't happen, at least not normally in the true brewing process.
In order to create a brew with high alcohol content, you have to give the yeast more sugars to create more alcohol, which means you have to use more malt, which usually results in a beer that isn't "light".
It's kind of like asking for a car with 500 horsepower that gets 40 miles to the gallon.
