Hello all
I had to wake up early today to go to the Bursar's office at the University. All my scholarship checks were cashed and happy.
I finally got all my grades! I'll make a little list.
Sociology: B+ (boo!)
CLA: S (it was pass/fail, so I passed!)
English: A
Spanish: A-
Only 14 credits, but added on to my AP credits, I finished first semester with a 3.667 GPA and 21 credits! WHOOOO!
I shopped for hairsticks at Target yesterday b/c I have a ton of gift cards, but there were none. Sadness. I am going to try to get someone to take me to "Claire's" later on. I love hair sticks.
Mom and I found a new bead and yarn shop about 2 miles from our house. Its great. I got a bunch of new beads, but the yarn was too pricey. I did just finish a long wool scarf, made from 100% Merino. Ahhhh, merino. Its really soft and has neat colors. I need to get more yarn later. I am trying to improve my knitting skills because I already know pretty much everything about crochet. I love yarn almost as much as hairsticks.
