As always, life has been a whirlwind of activity.
Our house is on the market and we are looking for a new one...very stressful and challenging.
At the beginning of July, my business partner (and friend) and I decided to split. As a result of all that, I have been spending much of my time and energy developing my own little business to be an outlet for my artistic/creative pursuits. The result??

I am making hairsticks, earrings, my hair-accessory organizers and other hand-knit/hand-crocheted items. I hope to add bracelets and other stuff someday.
The biggest time-consumer has been developing a web site. It is still a work in progress, but I have learned sooooo much in this month!
Anyway, August is right around the corner, and July seems to have flown past and yet lasted a year at the same time! July 4th seems eons ago!
My hair? It is getting longer! Past 29 inches now, but the ends seem dry and a bit damaged...probably due to neglect. This past Saturday morning I was in the shower, mentally planning all the nice pampering, indulgent things I was going to do when the phone rang. It was an agent wanting to show our house in 10 minutes!! Needless to say, I did not get that deep conditioning treatment I was hoping to do!
