I am sorry I have not put a drawing together, just been swamped here. From your description I understand your dilemma. I think by placing 4 lights in a square pattern equal distances from the center fan, it should work well and look good. The other idea I had was you could use small cans like a 4" and place 3 along the wall with the windows to light your drapery and then three along the wall with the two angles 1 on the straight side, on at the apex and one on the angled wall. This would give the lighting some character. Let me know if any of this makes sense to you.
