Hi,
I'm a director of a company that sells Electrical lightings & Fixtures thro' 15 solid outlets. With the rising cost of energy, i want to give my company a new dimension in order to stay competitive in the market. The theme that i want to adopt is 'Energy Efficiency' or 'Energy Savings'.
Having searched the net, i found interesting stuff on areas where i can enhance my product range to use less energy.
I've read that manufacturing partners are adopting the GU-24 line voltage socket in fixtures. This socket apparently uses less energy.

Another interesting strategic option is an alliance with EnergyStar
http://www.energystar.gov/
With ENERGY STAR, one can save upto 30% or more per year on bills.
Are there any electrical experts who can give advice on how i can i make product range to use less energy ?
Perhaps a solution in the form of product components or some other kind of approach.
