Jian Gui (aka The Eye) - scared me straight first time I saw it. Watch it quick because it is about to be turned into an American remake.
Ringu - genuinely creepy. I doubt it will ever be seen again now we have the American version (oh goody - NOT)
Dark Water - very eerie. Again, probably won't be seen again because an American remake is on its way.
Janghwa, Hongryeon (aka A Tale Of Two Sisters) - fantastic horror. Cinematically beautiful but disturbing. However - yes, you've guessed it - there will be a remake, which I doubt will match up to the original at all. Especially since some people have suggested Hillary Duff as the lead role...(vomits violently)
