The Ring, in all forms, is crap.

I saw the american version, and I thought it was crap. Then a bunch of people told me to see the original japanese version because it's "so much scarier than the american one". I sat down to watch it and quit after about 30 minutes. There's no difference. It's the same frikkin movie on a lower budget.

Although I must say that I rate the japanese version alot higher than the american remake. The american remake made me lower my head in shame. The japanese one made me laugh my ass off.
