The Excorsist was the scariest movie ever made. If you thought it wasn't, your mistaken! Sorry, no pun intended to you opinion.

3. A Nightmare on Elm Street
4. The Beast Within
5. Hell Night
I had to think about it, but the top 2 are my peronal picks. you can also say that Friday the 13th part 2 was better then the original, I thought. Also try John Carpenter's "The Thing". I am a horror movie fan. I am still waiting for another classic to emerge sometime.
