"SESSION 9". Horror movies never scare me anymore...but that one still does.
Also I think "Identity" deserves mentioning...its psychological AND gory, so it pretty much scares you on both ends.
Though "The Exorcist" will always be my favorite in the horror genre.
I also have to comment that I was disappointed with most of this list. The only GOOD horror movies listed there were "The Shining", "The Exorcist", "Silence of the Lambs" & the Alfred Hitchcock films (even though alfred hitchcock films really don't scare me at all).
