Just had a couple of days on the hill on a pair of telemarks. It was fecking awesome. I've already spoke to Santa about getting some telemark bindings. Hopefully while the snow is not too hot I'll get a couple more days on them this winter.

Although it is pissing down snow up the hill at present so tomorrow morning should be a good one.

I don't know how Mitch has been at Cardrona but the past couple of weeks the snow has been average at best. So, fingers crossed for a bit more snow.

Do you know what the snows like in Auss? I did a season in Perisher a few winter?/summers? back. It was better than I thought it was gonna be, still, it was abit wet.

Free that heel and eat as much snow as you like. It's pretty tricky to get the hang of but once you get it there is no other way. I also thought it was dead easy and couldn't see why everyone was complaining about their thighs hurting until I started getting my groove on and it hurt like hell.

It's gonna be interesting going at it in the powder. Still I've got all season to have a laugh on the tele's so who else is going to join me?

It's all gone a bit pete tong at Cardies, there has been a massive gastro bug going around which put 60 staff down one day. I was one! Plus just had to have a tooth out which hurt the bank balance. Not much skiing being done due to sickness & work!

Yup the snow at Cardies is average at best but working on boosting out the pipe which is going well.
