Kent D fails breathalyzer, off mounts today and loses Preakness mount

Off mounts today at Belmont and Dominguez replaces him on Tiger Walk tomorrow in the Preakness. Sad story that this happens again following an incident at Woodbine a couple years ago. Not like it is a zero tolerance policy. I think they can blow .04 which is half the legal limit, at least I believe this is the case in KY.
