It could happen, sure. I tend to think it's less likely to happen at his home track though. Seems like he will have a nice home field advantage in the Belmont. As you said, pedigree and connections are all positives. We all had well known discussion about the issues Alpha had leading into the Derby. Assuming he's past any health issues (cuts, missed works, blah blah blah) I'm willing to jump all in on a horse that's probably going to be 12-1 or higher and probably even longer odds on multi race bets.
